Great! Deep clean or bi-weekly Courteous Maids does a great job!

Courteous Maids is by far the best cleaning service I have worked with—they are punctual, professional and always provide top notch service. I have had cleaners in the past who leave rooms that have clearly not been appropriately cleaned, so Courteous Maids was a welcome change from my previous experience and why I have stuck with them year after year. I have used their services for both regular house cleanings and twice for deep cleanings ahead of putting my house on the market and moving. You will not be disappointed!

We’ve been using them for a couple of years now, and it’s always great the team of two come on time and are fast and efficient, and always follow directions and instructions, even if they change from week to week. We have very discerning Airbnb guests, and so I am very particular about how they clean the apartment and change the sheets and make it perfect for the next guest every time. I feel as though they are my partners!

John and his team were excellent! I am stunned by how detailed they were in doing a deep clean of my condo. I called on Friday and they were able to get to me on Sunday. John and his wife (the owners) even came over to check on progress and ensure the quality of the two ladies who were cleaning. Highly recommend!

After we moved out, our home needed lots of help to look its best for potential buyers. John did a good job of explaining what the move-out cleaning includes, and it is pretty comprehensive. He was able to meet our tight timeframe by scheduling a Saturday visit. Two of his staff were at my home on time and spent about 6 hours cleaning it from top to bottom. (It's a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home.) I was delighted with the results. The floors are gleaming, windows are clean, light fixtures are clean, and the fridge and oven look fantastic. They even managed to spruce up our scuffed baseboards and our old wall-to-wall carpet. I feel relieved knowing that the place will be looking great when our real estate agent starts showing it.

John contacted me by email within a couple of hours after I made my request for service. He told me what service I needed not what I thought I needed. He worked with me to accommodate my moving schedule. The cleaning crew were on time, very professional, pleasant and friendly. They did a great job and my home sparkles from top to bottom. I would recommend Courteous Maids for any cleaning service.

“Courteous Maids” comes in and cleans my very large house every month. Having them clean the entire house all at once enables me to keep things under control. John is very knowledgeable about how to best clean the different types of materials in the house...wood floors, granite and marble countertops, marble shower tiles, fluffy carpeting... and can be trusted to use the right products and train his staff in their use as well. They work with me frequently to adjust the timing of the cleaning. Highly recommend!
