COUNTRY CARPET

Great!!! The in stallers were very professional, move furniture as needed, and replaced after their work was done. They cleaned up their mess and it appeared that they were never there except for the new carpeting. Their price was the lowest we found for the best carpeting.

They are great people to deal with. Professional, Prompt and courteous. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This company exemplifies what customer service is all about! We were in a rush to have this work done as it was a rental unit and we had to turn it around fast. They came out the same day to measure and then we went to their place to look at samples. They did a great job of working with us to come up with what would be the best solution for flooring in the house. They had an opening that day and came out and finished the entire project by 6pm! The workers were very polite and took care not to track anything into the house. They also cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there!
We did have one issue that they did not hesitate to rectify. The floor was to be laid down as one smooth transition from the dining room to kitchen. When we walked in there was a brass colored transition strip breaking up the rooms. We were told that they had to do that because there was a height difference between rooms due to the previous flooring. Since we were originally going to tile the kitchen we would have switched back to tile had we known but weren't consulted. When we called the office they apologized and said that they would credit back the cost of the kitchen if we wanted to leave it or apply a credit towards switching it over to tile. I asked if they had a nicer looking transition strip, which they did, so they came out and made the change and STILL gave the credit! Now the place looks great and we just got it rented!
I am just now getting into rentals and building a team of trusted partners. Country Carpet will now be the only company I look to in the future! You won't find better people or a better company to do your flooring than these folks.

They are very nice. They are family owned and very helpful.

This is a small, family owned business. They are so laid back. Other companies would have tried to sell me on buying carpeting from them. This company did not do that. They just were really fine with the work I had for them. I was charged such a nominal fee for the hard work they did, and I was just thrilled with them. Others should know too they only hire the most skilled of craftsmen to do their installation work.
