Very very bad. How can you tune up a unit but didn't change filters and didn't do anything besides writing things that are bad. Trying to skip out of the warranty that has two years left. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's been a disaster from the moment they installed the unit. Changed 3 compressor back to back. Went through a whole summer with no air.

Comfort Zone has a dedicated team that answers calls to help clients immediately. All other AC companies wouldn't even answer their phone or return my call. I needed an expert to verify that my system was working correctly. They scheduled the owner of the company to help me. He was so honest and really knew what he was doing. He only told me what needed to be fixed instead of telling me I had to pay for issues that didn't really exist. People like that who are highly qualified and honest are almost impossible to find. Reliable Heating and Air was the last company to service my unit and I had an awful experience with them. They even left the main air duct unconnected. I highly recommend Comfort Zone!

The service tech showed up and immediately offered me an annual contract for some $860. If I didn’t want the contract - Same price to clean heater and coil. I said no and paid the $89 trip charge. Bad vibes. Second vendor, Reliable Services, saw the ligh dust problem and cleaned the furnace and removed the clogged dust filter. It then worked fine. $160 charge, BTW, Comfort Zone sent a mail order form for a new thermostat-$500+, So, I saved $1200+ by not going with Comfort Zone - a real rip off. To add fuel to flames they email me false ‘service scheduled’ periodically, stating I have service appointment at 3pm tomorrow... . Do yourself a favor and Look elsewhere to save time,, money, and a hassle.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I apologize for all your hassle. I have researched all of our records and I don't see that we have ever serviced your listed address, nor do I have anything with your name. We don't and have never had any marketing piece for a thermostat of $500 and our trip charge has never been $89. In addition, our Comfort Club Agreement is $149 for the first system and $69 for additional system. I believe you have posted a review on the wrong company. If you feel your review is correctly posted please provide me with additional information such as a service date and please let me make this right with you. We hold our employees to the highest customer service standard and up-selling is not accepted in Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling."

This was a very positive experience from my first phone call to ask about a quote, to the sales man who met with me all the way through the installation of the AC unit. Very prompt, efficient, pleasant and professional!

I've been dealing with them for years, and I like them. They're a very nice company. It's expensive, but you know heating and air is expensive. They're a good company.

The last heating and air guy I used of your (Angie's List) list is awful. You know, he made me buy all these additional parts, he left my furnace running and I had to go over there myself to unhook wires to turn it off. He didn't fix it; he's awful. They really screwed me up. Tney really messed me up, they ripped me off to the tune of $400, $500, $600, really more like $1,000. They don't return phone calls. Basically, unless Angie's List can help me, my only recourse is I have to sue them.

It was expensive. I'm not going to bash them, but I brought someone else in and they told me exactly what the problem was. (With this company) mostly I had the same problem recurring. Right now, since the other guy fixed it, I haven't had any problems. Comfort's repairs did not last.

The technician arrived on time and he was very friendly. He gave me options of what I could do to address my concerns most inexpensively to make my home comfortable with cooling currently in addition to more expensive long term things to consider doing. I decided to just add 2 pounds of coolant which took care of it.

Almost $500 to replace capacitor and adding a (hard start) is excessive. Based on my research that job should have been no more than $250, especially when the parts cost less than $50 and it took him less than 30 minutes to complete the job. I would not use this service provider again.

They had to come back 2 times and some of the installation is still not right. They were supposed to seal up my duct work, but the workers said it was too fragile and was falling apart and they couldn't do it because they didn't have the right material. I now have mold growing on 2 vents because of this.

John, the sales manager came out gave me a fair price and agreed to refund my $809.00 prior service call, Installed a new air conditioner and gas furnace by Daikin. Two weeks later the $809 had not been taken off my credit card, I called and the owner/manager Travis called me back stating, " I can not compete with Atl Air Care, I will have to keep the $809 or come get my new air conditioner and go with Atl. Air Care", which was fine with me. After a debate with the sales Rep. and the owner, the owner-Travis called me back, he stated "Comfort Zone would eat the loss" and lesson learned, but I would not get the full twelve-year warranty. I will not do business with this Comfort Zone again, except for warranty service, the technicians are great.
