Our service area includes Canton, Woodstock and most of North Georgia. We provide heating and cooling maintenance, repairs and replacement. We pride ourselves in delivering 5 star customer service! I have researched all of our records and I don't see that we have ever serviced your listed address, nor do I have anything with your name. We don't and have never had any marketing piece for a thermostat of $500 and our trip charge has never been $89. In addition, our Comfort Club Agreement is $149 for the first system and $69 for additional system. I believe you have posted a review on the wrong company.
