We specialize in residential and commercial window cleaning, roof cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing and gutter cleaning. We don't just wash your window, we detail each window by hand, wash the sills and remove bug/paint debris at no extra charge for a streak free result. ClearView also hand cleans gutters and downspouts. We use stabalizers to prevent our ladders from touching your gutter or house. We bag all debris and take them at no extra charge. Our pressure washing services include, low pressure house washing, decks, driveway, walkways, patios, hardscapes and more. For your safety, all of our staff is licensed and bonded. Crew arrived on time to clean my gutters, pressure wash my driveway and sidewalk. They were very professional and courteous through-out their service. They did a great job of cleaning out my gutters of leaves and pine straw that was caused by a couple of trees that I had recently cut down. All of the debris that was blown on the ground was completely cleaned up from around the house and off the deck. They also did an excellent job on my driveway and sidewalk that hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. They mostly used a “buffer” like device that did a fantastic job and was easier on the concrete. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality or work and the price. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

In preparation to put our house on the market, I gathered several quotes for power washing and window washing. Quotes from three different companies varied widely but I like what this company had to offer the best. Wesley agreed to match a competitors price and I am so glad went with ClearView.
The cleaning had to be rescheduled once due to bad weather, but on the day we expected them, Keith and his team were prompt and polite. They washed the windows inside and out, including the surrounding sills, and used a soft power wash on the exterior of our house. The house had been newly painted in the past year but still had some grime building up on the brick (3 sides) and wood siding (back of house). The soft power wash did not damage any part of the house or remove paint -- it just cleaned the grime exactly as promised. The team worked quickly and efficiently.
After the job was done, our windows were crystal clear. The cleaning company I hired to help me out the next day even commented on how nice our windows looked. I couldn't be happier with the service. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends.

The day after my initial call to ClearView Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing, Wesley Collins came out to my house and gave me a free estimate, we agreed on what I wanted done, and he gave me an appointment for a week later. On the appointed date Wesley and his team arrived, and got right to work. It was obvious right away that they a lot of experience with this type of service. My house is a two story with over 30 windows with storm windows and they had no trouble cleaning all glass inside and out. the pressure washing on the house, decks and paitos came out great and made all look as good as new. They worked through the day and had everything finished by late afternoon. I was so pleased with their service that I had them come out the next day and do the same service on my mom's house just down the street. ClearView was very professional in their dealings with me and my house and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their house pressure washed and windows cleaned...

Excellent. Wesley was super professional and responded quickly to my email. Scheduled the appointment and his crew arrived on time with a pre-call about 45 minutes beforehand. They have a license, insurance, a vehicle with a logo, & shirts with the business name. They put all of my items back in the correct place after cleaning the windows & and made the windows sparkle.
Before I selected this company, I read reviews from a few "A" rated companies, but fell off my chair when I saw how the owners were responding to customers. It said more about the business than they would ever know!
Wesley's responses were professional and the way he conducted business was in line with his review replies.

They were very punctural. We went over the details as I have stacked stone and stucco facia that needs careful washing. I'm very pleased with the speed in which is was completed and the price. I will use them again next year.

Two employees of Clearview washed all my windows both inside and outside and cleaned all the window seals also. The windows were very dirty from the spring pollen and are now sparkling clean. Great service and great job.

The two employees of Clearview did an outstanding job. All the walks and driveway were very dirty because they had not been cleaned in a long time. The difference is amazing. I am very pleased with their work. Clearview has done other windown washing for me, they always let you know when they are on the way, are punctual, and professional. They move any items that are in their way and then put everything back in its place. Thanks for a job well done.

Wesley was on-time for the initial estimate. He was very careful to go through each item to understand what was needed, and to let me know what level of cleaning he would recommend. He was able to give an estimate on the spot, and we scheduled the service right at that moment for a few weeks away. On the day of service, the cleaning team arrived right on time, and reviewed each item with me. They proceeded to work, and did all items within 3 hours.
The driveway and sidewalk are amazingly clean. I didn't know that could happen as the home is about 30 years old. The other items were cleaned well, and I've proceeded to stain them.
Overall, a very good service call. I would definitely use Clearview again.
