I got a good deal because I had a coupon. The price was great, I'd give them triple AAA. I drove in, they gave me a number. I went inside, got coffee, put ESPN on. They had wi-fi. About an hour later they called me and I found out the coupon was $24.00.

May has taken such good care of me. She made me feel like the are not taking advantage of me from woman to woman. I bought one of my cars here. They are very good at working with you, depending on what your needs are. They did an alignment that saved me a lot of money. For a second onion coming here for my tires, they gave me a very honest opinion. They understood that I did not want to spend a lot of money, due to the age of the car. I had needed to get it road ready for a 4 hour trip.

The service customer personnel is excellent. The repair people seem careless. They have poor communication in dealing with more complex repairs, did not finish the job, left pieces uninstalled inside the car after telling me it was ready. They left the car as it was. There was no cleaning done. They didn't make a mess. I guess it was just okay.

They've been good although there is one particular the guy you pull up and give your keys too there is one gal up there that because I know somebody on the inside knows how these things work and they get a commission, and I am telling you it's like she wants to replace everything on my truck, it's like we need to have your engine washed, need to have valve gasket replace and it was one little oil leak. They are friendly and professional in what they do so they do have a good staff of mechanic.

Cherokee County Toyota did an excellent job on my car repair. They finished the job in the quoted time and were very friendly and professional. Sorry I am not able to remember an exact price (insurance covered it, so the price of the job wasn't too much of a concern.) I would recommend their collision center to anyone looking for quality work and friendly service.

So nice to drive in and be taken care of right away. New car came with service for maintenance. We drove in on a Saturday and I expected a long wait -- was not long at all .. the people in the garage are quick and professional. So nice to get the car taken care of and feel good about it!

Their service department is good. We weren't happy so they're going to redo it. It was real hard match because it was a metallic silver and they did the door and it was a little bit lighter than the regular car so they're going to redo it. They defer it initially and guaranteed satisfaction in their body shop and they said, "Yeah, bring it back." We have all got Toyotas so that's where we get service and they do a good job, personable, and no car dealer is cheap but they are good.

I was pleased with that transaction. They are well-organized, and they have good selection. Also, they have personable staff. I felt like I got a fair deal on buying a used car from them. They included a very expanded warranty.
