BYRD ELECTRIC SVC INC

Have used Byrd numerous times over the past 15 years. Their techs are competent and reliable.

They were supposed to show up several times to fix something. We had a lot of work done and it was two major tasks, and a few smaller ones. One major task and the smaller ones were all done to our satisfaction. The task of putting microwave on its own circuit was not to our satisfaction. We now have two breaker switches that both turn off all of the exact same things, including a bedroom, half the kitchen, and the microwave. A couple weeks ago they were supposed to come back out to assess what was done incorrectly and schedule a repair. They never gave me any excuse why I didn’t hear back from them, and just kept telling me they would call me.  They said they would have someone come out early Monday morning, but no one showed up and I did not even get a call. Calling them at this point seems useless.

They were very friendly, and answered all of my questions. They were very professional, right on time and the price was OK. I was pleased with the work they did in my home.
