Budget Blinds

Owner's sun made a schedule change so to instaall blinds when needed. Arrived on time, installed blinds which needed a ladder, and cleaned up packaging. Very informative and answered all questions re new products.

I was able to get a consultation quickly. Norb helped me make a decision on my colors. I ordered 8 Galaxy honeycomb shades(cordless) in cotton creme that are absolutely beautiful. I also got a very nice blackout shade in the bedroom in a beautiful wheat color that has darkened the room so the sun isn't coming up in my face every morning. That one is on the pricey side but it was worth it. I also purchased a top down bottom up shade for the bathroom in cotton creme that is perfect. Very happy with the product. Norb had good suggestions. The installation went quickly and I have no complaints. I am happy that I went with the honeycomb shades- perfect for my townhome.I looked at Lowes and Home Depot and I couldn't even get someone to stop and help so this was a much better experience. I am glad I went with a company that specializes in window treatments.

They met with us, listened to our blind needs, ordered the blinds, and installed them--all very professionally.  I can't remember how much it cost, but it was reasonable.  The best part was that they replaced our master bedroom blind (which provided excellent darkness) after 18 months free of charge when it malfunctioned.

Norb and an assistant installed the blinds in less than 2 hours and the results were great. I was very satisfied with the work, the quality of the blinds and the way they looked in each room. I plan on using Budget Blinds again for the upstairs windows.

They arrived on time, and the blinds were delivered when promised.  One of the blinds doesn't sit perfectly in the window (a bit off) but that was due to the window shape.  Beautiful selections and I'm happy with the results

They need to come back because there is a defect in one of the blinds. I just haven't had a chance to contact them. They could have done better. The blind isn't working properly. They promised to get the blinds in on a certain day, but they didn't.

Matt, the owner of Budget Blinds of Alpharetta, arrived on time for the consultation and provided very good advice. After I decided to place my order for blinds and shades, he even fixed an existing shade for me at no charge that needed to be hung properly. The installer who came to my house with the blinds did a fantastic job and was very fast, but got the job done correctly.
