BRENDA'S HOUSE OF FLOWERS

I took pictures of the arrangement that was sent in to Brenda's and showed them to the staff, they then went and talkd to the owner who told them not to charge for the arrangement that we received. Since we did receive flowers I refused the none payment and suggested I pay them $50.00 which is what the flowers we received plus delivery charge was worth. I ordered a flower arrangement to be sent to our daughter who had just had a baby boy. Specified blue and white flowers. Brenda's subbed the work out to another florist who sent a yellow and white arrangement. three roses and filler. I called Brenda's as soon as I saw the $35.00 arrangement that I had just paid $100.00 for. They offered to have the OTHER florist send out another arrangement. I declined since my daughter had returned home. The other florist offered me a 10% discount on my next order - why would I do that when I ordered the flowers from Brenda's and my order was not honored. What is difficult about blue and white flowers? Spoke with my credit card company - since Brenda's did not do what I had ordered I am not obligated to pay the bill. Brenda's called me today and they offered me 20% off my order. What a joke. These people need to start paying attention to their quality control. I will never use them again. Can get better flowers at a better price at any local grocery store and will not have to pay the delivery charge hat they tack on top of the flowers.
