Very professionally and smoothly. They proposed the work to be completed, quoted a price for the work to be completed and did not exceed the proposed price. They had done work for us previously, and always in a professional and timely manner. We will continue to use their services whenever we need them!

He was early and had all the materials needed and completed the job very quickly. He was very easy to talk to while he answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable having in my home. He had me call the power company ahead of time to have them show up ASAP. They showed up right as he finished like he said and had my power back on. I was pleasantly surprised.

Overall it went well. At first Barry tested all aspects of the the electrical panel, and nothing seemed unusual. When he checked some of the rooms that were losing power during the surge incidents, he noticed some flickering. Barry saw a potential disruption with our Electrical service and told me exactly what to share with Cobb EMC. They came out the same day and addressed the issue.
