Were able to come out the next morning to inspect my pipes. The plumber was very friendly and professional. Given that it turned out to be a simple repair, he was able to complete everything a short amount of time. Given the speed and professionalism, I would use again

I talked to Donny on the phone prior to having him come out for a main line clog at a duplex I own. A previous plumber had charged me about $625 to snake the line three months prior, and the clog re-appeared. Donny came out at the agreed on time, ran a snake through the toilet drain after pulling the toilet and then informed me the main pipe had collapsed. He offered to fix it for $1200, so I said no thanks. He also offered to run a camera down the line for about $600 which I also declined. I had a separate plumber come out and he referred a fourth plumber to run a camera for a few hundred dollars. The camera guy said I had a root clogging the main line and offered to fix it for $6000-10000. I said no thanks. I rented a power auger and got a few laborers, and we cleared the clog (there was no collapsed pipe) in a day for about $400 total cost. Donny did arrive on time, was very professional, left the place clean, and charged me the agreed on price. I do feel however, that his diagnosis was incorrect as the 'collapsed' pipe has been running smooth for three months since I cleared the clog with my crew.

I first attempted to replace my water heater through Lowes and their installation crew. I paid Lowes almost $900 for a water heater and install services. When their contracted plumber arrived, he immediately said he wouldn't do the job unless I first paid him for several expensive extras. When I said no, he walked out and took my new water heater with him, still on his truck! They did a fake PSI pressure reading on my water line, claiming it was 90 PSI (Donny confirmed with me later it was a perfectly fine 76 PSI). The code says anything up to 80 PSI is good yet Lowes and their crew mislead and say over 70 PSI is illegal. I found Donny Bradbury when researching the net for acceptable PSI range. He had published info on this very topic which established instant credibility with me. Donny and his crew were knowledgeable, punctual, and did a great and fast install job. Cleanest work I ever saw, with nice piping work and proper hookups even in my tight water heater closet. He installed a Rheem water heater, far superior to any that are sold by Lowes or Home Depot. The one he pulled out was also a Rheem, with 18 years of service and it was still going strong and working fine but I felt it was due after so many years.
Description of Work: Donny Bradbury is the plumber to hire and I will be referring him to all my friends and neighbors in Atlanta. He did a great job replacing my water heater yesterday for a very reasonable price.

I have used AAP now 3 times, each time has been fantastic. The first encounter was with a major water leak - they came quickly and did an expert job quickly. I anticipated a several day process - it was done correctly in less than 2 hours. Today's experience was the same - fantastic job.
