I hired them to perform an inspection on a home that we were looking to buy. I was thoroughly impressed the detail of the inspection and the inspection report. Joe C showed up on time, called when the inspection was done (my wife was on her way to meet with him after the inspection) and emailed the report to me within 24 hours (actually much less). They even have a partnership with a pest control company included a termite inspection & report. Based on their findings, I withdrew the offer on the home. I would certainly use them again.

Great. John saved me from buying a money pit. I had no hesitation calling him to inspect the second house I found. He was very easy to work with, explained everything and provided insight on the severity of the issues. Couldn't be happier and would use again in a second.
