Apex Fence Company

Order was for replacement of existing privacy fence with dig wire. I was told I would not need dig wire as fence would sit flush with the ground. New fence was to be dog ear privacy fence with 0 inch spacing between the boards. After fence was installed June 16-17 there were several large gaps underneath the fence and the majority of the spacing between the boards is 1/2 inch. I can see right through my "privacy" fence After several discussions with company, dig defence was installed to address the gaps beneath the fence. Repeated attempts to address the 1/2 inch spaces between the boards have been unsuccessful. First response was to tell me it was normal shrinkage and warping. Then I was told that it is impossible to get the boards of the privacy fence flush and that gapping is normal and in the Ts and Cs. Gapping BEWTEEN the boards is not referenced in the Ts and Cs. September 12 I was told that they could send someone out with more boards to attempt to remove and tighten boards that show a gap - which is the MAJORITY of the boards. That has not happened and since then I have heard nothing. The 25 yr old fence that was replaced didn't have spaces like this. I ordered a privacy fence and that is what I expected.

Terrible experience. Poor quality. Poor workmanship. Company is unresponsive. We require our brand new fence to be fixed.

Great job when they got there. Job was postponed a couple times but finally scheduled once I stopped by the office. Workers hit a sprinkler head that I marked but I quickly repaired it for 10 bucks. Finished product was amazing. I would recommend. Best pricing around.

The admin personnel leave a lot to be desired (unprofessional and seemingly lost)... but the work crew did build a beautiful, solid fence!! The price was completely reasonable and I am very happy with the workmanship! I would recommend Apex to anyone but would advise to be prepared to deal with an office staff that is quite limited in tact, ability, common sense...

Apex was great from start to finish. The estimator was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable on the job at hand. He made us feel very comfortable with having picked their company. The folks in the office were great at communicating where we were in ordering supplies, install date, etc. The installers started and finished in one day. Worked very quickly, did a great job, and cleaned up well after themselves. We will enjoy our fence for years to come and can rest easy in the fact that we spent our money towards a job well done from a great company.

They tore out the old chain link fence and put up a new privacy fence and gates for us. Great work and done in 1 day. Very happy with the job they did and one of the best quotes I got too.

Tom came out and did an assessment within the week. He sent a quote the next day. I decided that I wanted our fence to be done by this fence company because that is all they do! We had to wait about 7 or 8 weeks as they were booked with work as well as weather delays from end of January through March. Worth the wait! Finally they installed our 3 rail split rail fence with a double and a single gate with galvanized wire to keep the dog in. Fantastic work as the yard is on a decently steep slope. Too bad I can't submit a picture! 2 guys did it in a day and a half. I'm happy I went with them even though some other landscaping pros underbid them. I'm sure they would have done a great job too but I had no doubt about Apex quality of work

Great experience. The sales rep Joan was knowledgeable and crafted the most economical plan to meet my needs. Heather from the office was great at keeping me informed of weather delays and then scheduled me as quickly as possible. My installers, Jake & Ryan, did a great job. I couldn't be more pleased with my fence and would definitely recommend Apex Fence to others.

Solid craftsmanship and great value. A little hiccup with scheduling, but they eventually got the job done. The community is pleased with the final result.

This was a somewhat complicated fence to install, and Apex made the extra effort to make sure it was done right. Very professional company overall, and Joan was so helpful in the planning of the project. I would definitely use them again, and recommend to anyone.

I originally had contacted Lowe's for a quote on this fence. I went with Apex. Their quote was several hundred dollars cheaper and their work was excellent. The men were on time (except one mornig when it was pouring, lol) and it was finished quickly. I love the new fence and more importantly, my dogs love it, too. They now have lots of room to run and play. I went with the wood fence rather than chain link. So very glad I did. Joan walked my back yard, measured it and the fence ended up following exactly the path I had chosen. My grandson and a friend cleared the yard and by doing this ourselves, we saved more. Everyone was polite, professional and I could not be more pleased.

I would highly recommend Apex fencing to everyone! My wife and I fenced in our backyard. We told Bill what we wanted and he made some recommendations of what he thought would be best for us. We were blown away because the 8 fence companies that came out before Apex didn't make any suggestions. Thanks to Bill's experience we have a great fence!!
