I thought John Sierra at Alpha sales consultants LLC was a good roofer. I was wrong. Two years and 11 months after installation I have a serious issue with shingles buckling due to improper installation of plywood decking.. Also, there?s no drip edge along with gutters. Also, he kept $362. That was a separate check for me from the insurance company to repair my laundry room that had a leak. multiple attempts to contact him right after the roof was installed about the $362 failed

John Sierra at Alpha sales consultants is my roofing expert hero! I had four contractors come out from Angie to give me a quote on the soffit repair. Out of the four contractors John was the only one willing to get up on my roof and access the situation. Long story short, The insurance adjuster came out and met with John and myself and determined that my roof did fit the criteria for a complete new roof install. three days later, I have a brand new roof. I’ll give John and his crew a 5stars plus. Cannot thank you enough John.

John and his team were very honest altogether great! They helped and spoke with the insurance company directly. They were very prepared and informed me of every step of the process up front which was nice. They also took their time in explaining things. From start to finish the process took 1 day for the roof and 1 day for the gutters. I highly recommend them and know whatever your project these guys know what they’re doing.

This company went above and beyond to fix my roof and all associated problems after a large oak tree fell on my house. The job was done quickly and with minimal invasion and they worked directly with the insurance company on all financial issues. They are a one-stop shop for everything you will need.
