house cleaning
 + -1 moreThey got back to me quickly after I contacted them to schedule an appointment. They ran a few minutes late for the appointment, and they called to tell me so before they arrived. All contact was professional and courteous. I wasn't home for the service; my husband was. The house smelled good, and sinks and floors sparkled like new. I was a little surprised that they hadn't cleaned the stovetop very well. It's a glass top and still had lots of brown stains, which I was able to take off easily with a stovetop cleaner made for that purpose. Also, the coupon had said that a deep cleaning includes cleaning the inside of the microwave, oven and fridge and cleaning the blinds, none of which was done. I have not, at the time of writing, tried to address this with the service provider.
Description of Work: Cleaned the house. I'd had a deal for a deep cleaning, but I'm not sure that actually happened the way it should've.
