I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS SHOP FOR A LOT OF YEARS DONNIE IS A GREAT MAN WILL HELP YOU IN ANY WAY ME BEING A FEMALE I AM SCARED TO GO TO A GARAGE BECAUSE THEY WILL ONLY OUT ON YOUR CAR WHAT YOU NEED.
I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A OIL CHANGE TIRE ROTATION AND 21 POINT INSPECTION ONE OF THE THINGS THAT THEY CHECKED WAS MY TIMING BELT IT WAS CRACKING REAL BAD I LEFT MY CAR AND WAS ABLE TO PUT IT UP THE NEXT DAY WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE AND A CAR THAT RUNS GREAT THANKS NORTH GA AUTO REPAIR.

These people were awful! I wish I could give a negative rating! They put a used part (that turned out to be malfunctioning) on my car without asking/telling me, charged me for a new one, and messed up the alternator while they were in there. Then after the owner PROMISED a full refund, he changed his story the next day in front of the manager (his daughter) and only gave us the price of the part. I'm out over $500 now because of having to pay another mechanic to fix what they screwed up. All of this in addition to the fact that the owner's wife and daughter swore at my mother when she defended my decision to go to another mechanic. The only positive is that they were "finished" fixing the car when they said they would be. They did offer to fix their mistake and let me make payments on the additional labor after already lying to me twice about what they did and did not do to my car. There were very good reasons for me not to go back to them. They also have a clause that you have to come back to them if your car messes up again on that part or they will not honor a warranty (which they don't have because they were going to make me pay for them to fix the broken, used part they put on my vehicle!) if the service is completed by another mechanic. They do this so they can keep others from seeing how bad they mess up your car to scam more money out of you!

"I am sorry you had a bad visit with us,but yes we did try to make this right,and yes a new part was put on,the issuses we had with this vehicle is the customer told us what to fix on it and when we replaced the part and it didn't fix the car the customer got mad. they said they didn't have anymore money and I told them that we would find out what is going on and we would work with them any way we could.yes we give a warrenty and for this warrenty you must return to my shop for the warrenty you wouldn't go to kmart to return something you bought at walmart.but onced again sorry you had a bad visit with us I hope you find a garage that you are pleased with in the future"
