Exterior Painting, Deck and Porch Service
He charged me to build the garage and paint the porches, so he combined the charges. I would not know the exact amount for the painting alone. It was probably a per hour rate. His rate was $20 per hour. I don’t remember exactly how many hours it took for the painting. He added on a car porch. Alvero is really meticulous about his work. So, he really takes his time when he gives you an estimate. The estimate does not go up afterwards. The price he tells you is the price of the finished product. He shows up when he is supposed to show up. If something comes up, he calls you. You can always find him. He is not going to disappear.
