Dish Network

They are all great, they have great packages and overall I like them. They have decent prices!

They wouldn't connect both services at the same time. Had to wait 3 weeks before getting internet access. Terrible service and not completely forthcoming on price.

Installation of service went well. It works, but has performance issues. I checked the internet performance of packets and found a lot of and quot;packetand quot; issues (lost and/or repeat broadcasts). The results show spurious bandwidth performance and and quot;hangingand quot; of video/audio connections. After I complete my contract commitments, I will be looking for another alternative for internet service. Next, I hope to try a cellular internet service (I need a wireless connection, rather than DSL, for my alarm system.)

Works fine till it starts raining.Have Dish TV and internet,paying app.$140.00 a month.Too High.

Technician was prompt and professional. He showed me how to use the remotes and DVR box and answered all my questions. He arrived right on time and did not leave behind any kind of mess. My daughter was watching the movie Frozen and I even heard him singing along :)

I called because one of my receivers was dropping out during light rain showers. After listening to their explanation, I stopped them and told them the second time, that the other receiver on the same dish was working fine. I asked them to send me another receiver and their response was, "OK, we can do that. Two days later, problem solved. Happy, Happy, Happy!!!!!

I am STUCK with paying $42.95 for a sattelite system that does not work because I messed up according to DISH WELCOME CENTER EMPLOYEES. It is all my fault for signing the work order and waiting 13 days.
