Best Friends Animal Hospital

I took my dog to be euthanized, a dog that had been a part of our family for 16 years. I filled out all the required paperwork for a "private" cremation because we, of course, wanted his ashes back. I promised my 5 year old we would plant a tree with some of them, so we could watch it grow and remember Monty. Long story short, the office did not "tag" our fur baby properly. Which means his body got sent off for "mass" cremation instead. Yes, they gave us a partial refund (the amount we paid for the cremation). However, that is little consolation considering that, due to their error, we will never get our baby back. I will never be back to this office.

The surgery went well and after wearing the cone for one week-the stitches were removed and the Dr met with me in consultation as what to expect and they sent the tissue off for evaluation which came back positive and I will carry him back this month as he seems to be doing fine but now he needs a followup heart worm prevention injection--
The Doctors and staff were very professional and seemed to care about the animals and yes I will continue using them for my pet needs!!

They are very positive, helpful, really good at sending out reminders and very good about answering any questions whether it is before, during or after the appointment. The vaccination of the two dogs probably costs between $100 and $150. You do not usually have to wait for more than five minutes for your appointment there. I actually drive 40 minutes and I bypass another veterinary service just to go to them.

Dos - They are very gentle and loving with my pets.
