"We are sorry you were not satisfied with your recent appointment. Our doctors perform a full comprehensive physical exam in a pet-owner's presence and go over all details with each client. We're sure if your dog showed any evidence of a back injury that you would have been notified. There are instances when a dog's problem can be inapparent and then progress with time. Our hospital has a policy in which all patients are offered a complimentary follow-up exam within 72 hours and can even see a different veterinarian in the practice if they wish a second opinion. Often additional diagnostics are needed to fully identify a back injury, such as radiographs of the spine. If diagnostics are declined we are often unable to assess injuries, such as back injuries. We are sorry you felt our hospital was not a caring hospital. Our veterinarians care so much about their patients that they will come in after business hours to see sick patients, even in the middle of the night. They will even see new clients with emergencies until 9:30 pm. The veterinarian was surprised by this review, so please call our office so that we can discuss your case in detail. We take any dissatisfaction very seriously and want to fully understand how to keep other clients from feeling likewise."
