They came out immediately to give estimate then scheduled the work. The guys arrived as promised, got to work immediately and finished in about 45 minutes. The new gutter looks beautiful and I won't dread all the leaves falling this year because now my gutter has leaf guard. No more climbing the ladder and hanging on for dear life while I try to scoop out all the leaves! ?The rain diverter on the front is nice and deep to be able to handle the large volume of water than normally pours off the roof. The guys were very professional and efficient. Great customer service. Terrific price.

they installed gutters and did a good job.

Mr Cannon's workmen placed ladders against the unsupported edge of the shingles cracking them, drove screws (not gutter hangers) through the rear sidewall of the gutter into the fascia, failed to properly slope the gutters, spray painted downspout elbows over my deck, failed to remove screws and pieces of aluminum from the finished gutters, failed to properly construct the field miter corners, used silicone caulk rather than gutter sealant, stepped on and broke a sprinkler stem, installed a downspout noticeably out of plumb and walked on a newly installed corrugated drain which I had pointed out to the supervisor.  Mr Cannon agreed to correct the installation but never did so.  Lowes, the general contractor, refunded the cost.

He did a fantastic job. He was actually very responsive, being a pretty big area and the season being as active as it is, with rain coming down and all that good stuff. They were pretty busy and he was booked up but he was upfront and, to the T, he told me what to expect. He came out and fulfilled all his promises. 

I had one little issue with a downspout after they completed their work. I called him back and he was extremely responsive and he came back and he fixed it, within a day of me calling him, at no additional charge.

The owner's name is Jimmy and he is a very personable guy. Very trustworthy. I had absolutely no issues dealing with him. He made it super easy and was very comfortable to deal with.

After being put off by one company--a company I did not find on Angie's List but had used on another property--I fired that company and found Mr. Cannon on Angie's List. He came out the day I called, gave a free estimate, and gave us a timeframe in which the work would be done. We had a few issues with rainy weather, but the install was completed as close to the date as the weather would allow. He didn't just slap up gutters, he used the angles of the house to develop an actual rain flow system that would allow the gutters to collect and move the rainwater without having a million downspouts covering the brick on my home.
We are more than pleased with the work and will be calling him to replace the smaller gutters on the back of the house that were installed by the previous owner.

It took a few or so to schedule, partly due to bad weather, but once started they did a very nice job- the gutters look great, and they installed splash guards without our asking.  They are wide and have worked fine even in heavy rains.  Only small complaint is that they didn't check their own work- the roof edge curves inwards along one face, and some of the nails barely made it into the wood. At some point I should climb a ladder and re-nail them properly (this is on a lower roofline; presumably/hopefully the one at 40 ft is fine).  But all have stayed in place and worked fine. If we decide to add more gutters I'll call them again.

As a military man of 18 years, I have become a type A with an eye for things not done according to manufacturer's specs.  After the gutter installation, I found a discrepancy or two and questioned Jimmy on it.  Let me say,they were relentless in their pursuit of customer satisfaction.  Despite my concerns, they remained professional, timely and courteous.  This team cares about pleasing their customer.  It is a rarity these days to find such dedication.

Great job! They arrived as planned, installed the gutters and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the gutters and will be using them again for our detached garage.

Jimmy Cannon came out the next day to survey the job and spent a good while looking the whole house over, since I wanted to have the downspouts feed into pipes I had run underground leading away from the house. He sent me the estimate the next day and it wound up being the lowest price of all the estimates, with the coupon on his Angie's List site. He didn't have the fancy brochure that another company left because he focuses on gutters, which is what I needed. After reading all the "A" reviews, I decided to hire him.
Holy Cow! The installers were polite and professional, the gutters look perfect, the adapters and fasteners are first class, and the job was done in less than a full day on a pretty large house!  Everything was done exactly as I wanted it, even though my wife was the only one home while the work was being performed.  Great contractor.  Now I need to see what else I can hire him for! 
Best decision I've made in a while!

Two guys showed up on time at 9:00 in the morning, removed the existing gutter and remounted it so that it did not dip down in the center over the steps.  They replaced the existing leaf guard with a new screening and they were to patch the nail holes in the roof from where the previous gutter guard had been nailed.  I was unable to check to see that the holes were patched but assume they were as Mr. Cannon had stated they would be.  The job was completed in 2 hours.  I did feel the price was a little high for 2 hours work but was glad to have the 5% Angie's List coupon offered by Cannon Gutters.  Original price was $575 before the discount.

The lack of gutters was the last punch list on items to finish up a recent room addition. Water runoff from several roof surfaces converged on our new deck causing water to splash on to our new patio doors and tall windows. Mr. Cannon did an excellent job. I went with his recommendations and couldn't be happier. All of the new water problems were solved and an additional problem of rain at the front entrance was also taken care of. Work site was spotless of metal trimmings and subsequent rains have proven the gutters to have been installed proficiently.
