Derrick Banks is the lead Property Manager / Co-Owner of BBPM, Derrick was born and raised in South East Georgia where he enlisted in the US Air Force , he's served 15 years in which he is still currently active duty. Derrick has been a certified property manager in GA for 10 years . He's experienced in properties varying from single family homes ,multi family , 10-20 unit apartments and commercial properties. Banks Bros Property Management was founded on integrity, professionalism, hard work and trust; values that never waver. We proudly carry the BBPM name, a symbol of quality and integrity. For single family homes it’s $350 to sign a contract with me and 10% of the rent . For commercial properties we can negotiate.. I’m transparent and share everything with you .
