Alan's Alignment & Automotive Center

I was referred to Alan's Alignment by another local tire shop. When I mentioned the referral just to let them know the tire place was sending them business they offered a small discount. They were easy to schedule an appointment with and I was pleased and surprised when they took my car back within 5 minutes of me checking in. There were some other issues that had to be taken care of before they could complete all of the work and the mechanic took me back to the garage and pointed out the issues and explained very clearly what would have to be done.  I ended up having to leave and bring it back another day in order to complete everything and had the same experience - easy to schedule with, prompt service and a mechanic who explained things clearly and was patient enough to make sure I understood everything he'd done.
Being new to the area I wasn't sure where Alan's was located and the lady at the front counter was very patient and so sweet about giving me directions. She was very friendly and helpful both times we went there - everyone in the office and in the garage was very friendly and helpful. Best of all I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or getting ripped off. Within a few days I received an email from Alan's thanking me for choosing to bring my car to them.
We will definitely being going back to Alan's
