I have been using Jeff Rountree from Zone Pest Solutions since 2019. Each year heâ s informative, thorough, and spends time explaining what he is inspecting for and goes above and beyond to educate by googling photos of what termites would look like in drywall vs concrete. He reminds that we could call him to come out to check whenever we notice anything, and what the services would cover if termites are found and repairs to damages from the termites. Overall great consistent customer service year after year.

It was a really bad experience. They were supposed to bring 6 boxes and do a general pest control for less than $200 dollars and they brought 4 boxes and charged me like 6 boxes. I been traying to contact them but theres no anwers.

"Ronnie, Our initial appointment with you was on the 20th. Unfortunately, we did not do a good job of communicating with the technician and he only brought four bait stations. Todd came back out on the 22nd and installed the other two stations. Please take a look around your house and give us a call if you have any questions or concerns. I apologize for the initial mistake and again for our failure to make you aware that the job was completed. As you can see from our other reviews, this is very out of the ordinary. Thanks so much for your business. We look forward to providing you with much better service moving forward!"
