The called a half hour before they arrived.  They arrived on time and the work took about 90 minutes to complete.  Excellent professionalism, they cleaned up after them selves.  I would use them again in future renovations.

It went great. They were quick to respond and very professional. They were on time and everything went smoothly. They did an excellent job. The price they charged was exactly what they told me to expect and was very reasonable.

Everthing went smoothly. They were on time and had all the necessary parts and equipment to make the repairs. There were no over cost or additonal services that needed to be repaired. I had originally asked about another service that had been reccommended but he said I did not need that and he hated to charge me for something I did not need. I felt he was honest and reliable. I would definitely use them again and would highly reccommend this company to friends and neighbors.

This was the second time this month I used Will Spurlock (last time was a weak breaker for a dryer) and in both instances they were prompt, professional & courteous.  Mr. Spurlock arrived on site to ensure we were completely satisfied with the work performed by his team of technicians.  I also received a follow up call to be sure we having no issues.

They warranty their work and everything is in working order.

Eric Campbell, the owner, was immediately responsive to my initial call and came out to look at and price the job within a couple days. The work was completed within a week of my call.  Service was courteous, professional, and quick, and cleanup was excellent.  Due to a mis-communication on my part, the outlets were not the color I would have preferred, however, I decided to just live with them. A couple weeks later I received an email from Eric following up on the work.  I returned the email and let him know I was not completely satisfied with the color of the outlets.   Eric then offered to come out and replace the outlets with a color of my choice at no extra charge which he did within a couple days of my email.  I was very impressed with his willingness to take the time to assure that I was 100 percent happy and appreciate the commitment to excellent service this shows.

It was fine.  I liked the quality of the work and supervision they provided.  The owner came personally to inspect the work.  It took them 1 day to complete the job.

They arrived to do the job the day after I called them.  They were on time, professional, neat, and careful as they performed this job. They cleaned up after they were finished. I will recommend them, and use them again.

This was a great experience. 
I had a general idea of what I wanted when Eric and his assistant arrived.  Eric was able to take my idea and make a couple suggestions for me to choose from.  I decided to add four 4" can lights, one in each corner of the bottom level of the trey ceiling.
The work included measuring and placing the lights in the same location in each corner, cutting drywall in each location, running the wiring in the attic above, putting a wire in the wall for the dimmer switch, and installing the lights and switch. 
They moved furniture, covered the floor with sheets, had a trash can available to catch the drywall when it was cut, and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished.  I was very impressed!
The project was completed in about an hour and I am thrilled with the result!

He shined a volt meter at the fixture and said it was getting current. Explained the cheap fluorescent light fixtures we were installing were prone to the ballast blowing out frequently. Suggested we get a better fixture. They did charge a service call of $75.00 and then a minimum labor charge of $32.50. However, I would rather have not spent $32.50 for the quick assessment he performed. But I'm not the expert so that's why I pay someone.

They did a good job. The technician was very nice and he showed up on time. It was a very small job. They called back the day after the service to make sure I was happy. I would probably get other estimates, and if they would match it I would use them in the future. ****Update 5/17/10***** After they perfomed the work, my electrical bill went up twice as high times higher than previously. I contacted Will Spurlock about my heater running on "Emergency" after they were here. I called them and told them about this. The power company came out explained this was as a result of Spurlock's work. I sent Spurlock a copy of my January and February electrical bills and they reimbursed me for the overages due to running the Emergency heat since the circut breaker was turned off. The check was for the difference of $276. They did not have to do this since I could not prove it; it was only my word against theirs. I greatly appreciate their honesty and helpfulness with this situation. I would recommend them to anyone and feel they are a company who stands behind their work.

Spurlock was the only electrician out of six contacted that would give a ballpark estimate without charging a service fee first! All others wanted anywhere from $40-$60 to come out and look at it and then give an estimate. I called to get an estimate, and they called back the next day. They scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday and said a technician would be there between 7:30 and 8:00 and he showed up at 8:15. We went over the work I wanted done, he gave me some options on placement of the sub-panel and was done by 10. The total amount was $15 more than the ballpark they gave but that's close enough for an estimate for me (no $300 surprises.) The company then called the next day to find out if I was happy with the service and the technician's work. All in all a very good experience.
