Stay away from this company! First contact was brief and they took my credit card information and billed. Then called me back and said it would be 2 weeks before they could aerate my lawn. Date came and nobody showed up. Their communication is horrible. Never did complete the work. Had to call back and get a credit on my card. As I said at the beginning stay away from this company. One of the worst I have ever dealt with.

I started using this company 4 months ago. Really havent noticed any difference in my lawn. The last time they came out the guy that sprayed lawn weeds only sprayed about half of them. His report stated that he also applied a granular fertilizer. I cannot see any granules anywhere. I think he sat in his truck, filled out a report and stuck a sign in my yard. They really need a supervisor to come around and check to see that quality work is being performed. Unless things improve I will not use them again.

I have been a customer of Unlimited Lawn Care (Buford) for a few weeks, and I have had a very poor experience. Without getting into too many details, the company failed to perform the core aeration service on my entire lawn. I provided them with an image of my property and circled the portion of the lawn that they failed to treat, but they were unable for some reason to fix the problem on a second visit (apparently due to a language barrier between workers). Finally, they failed to show up when promised for a third visit to remedy the problem. I have canceled my services with this company and I am taking my business elsewhere. The business offers good prices, but I am willing to pay a bit more if it means that services are performed as promised.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. Awful service often I would get notices they came and performed a service, and they did not. I continued to request quotes for additional services and never received any. They have the worst customer service. They never pull weeds. They let my grass die in areas and never brought the reason my attention I had to pay a different company to come fix for me. I left them, and they are still trying to collect on a bill they did not do the work for. RUN FROM THE JOKERS IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO CONDUCT BUSINESS THIS WAY.

Came out when they said they would come out. Followed up to see how things went. Great customer service!

This company ruined our lawn. They burnt the grass to bare dirt within 6 months. They have zero idea about chemical applications and used the same chemical and sprayers on 3 different types of grass.THIS COMPANY WILL RUIN YOUR LAWN. STAY AWAY.

This company has slipped badly in the last year. Used them for 8 years but the last two years they have gone downhill. Started having weed issues last year, and they could not get them under control, this year even worst and I could get anyone to spray. The missed three schedule appointments and did not call to inform me (2 were weather related so would have understood). The last straw was when I called customer service to try and iron things out they were terrible, rep stating he could do anything since he could not go back in time, never even tried to apologize about the shoddy performance and missed appointments. I would never recommend.

Unlimited contacted me the same day I listed. Had a long conversation about my needs & what they offered. They came the following week & started a tree/shrub application as well as a lawn weed/feed application by the end of the week. Seeing weeds already die lets me know my money is getting results. Looking forward to seeing continued changes in the lawn, trees, & shrubs on the property.

They were on time and courteous. It was a nice touch to leave a small bag of grass seed to fill in any bare spots if we find any.

Their service supposedly including a double-pass aeration, seed, fertilizer, and light straw. They did not do anything but the aeration and seed. I called within 2 hours of them coming out and they said I would get a call back from the sales person. Still haven't received that - even with two incremental calls since then. They said they weren't sure if I wanted the fertilizer - then how about call me? I had to go to Lowe's and get and spread straw myself and have another company come and do the fertilizer due to their non-response. Additionally, they had told me they would do a 10/3 aeration and then when I called back a week later to confirm they said I was scheduled for 10/12? Care to alert me to that change? They squeezed me in - which I appreciate - but the lack of communication apart from me reaching out to confirm is puzzling. I will work to get a partial refund or dispute on my cc at this point given this company's non-responsiveness.

Great customer service. Staff worked with me on a rush aeration job. They were able to come out the next day. Guys did a pretty good job aerating, but they missed some spots. One of the best prices I've found for aerating, seeding, and fertilizing. Would hire them again.

It sounds great so far, but I won't know for sure until after they come out and do something.

I just hired this company very recently and already they have put down one treatment and aerated and overseeded my lawn. They were very efficient and did a good job. They left me instructions on how to care for the newly seeded lawn so now it's up to me. I was impressed with everything from the phone operator to the guys that came. Very considerate and friendly. Also the price was the best I found.

They were very knowledgeable about grass in general and have made recommendations to improve the health of my grass. I have seen a big improvement on already.

They were out the very next day. Highly competitive cost!
