Not great but its okay .They have great prices

I like them a lot and I'm satisfied with them. I like their service. They only thing i disappointed with is their home office is in Buford Georgia and they don't mow the Duluth its too far for them

They are professional and give prompt courteous service. They give a call before they come and ring the door bell when they come.

They treated my neighbor's yard and billed us. We trusted they had serviced our yard and paid the invoice. We later found out from our neighbor that Unlimited had treated their yard in error leaving the bill on their door. Unlimited refused to reimburse us for their error. We canceled the service.

We put in a pool and unlimited landscape was involved from the beginning because we also needed to regrade and put in a large retaining wall. The project took a long time from beginning to completion, but overall it looks nice. The supplier sent out the worng color pavestone so the wall is not the color we ordered (all 10'high of it) and we are still waiting for pavestone to send their reps out to look at it (since June and it is now November). We finished and paid for the project in July and there were still some outstanding items on the punch list to be completed. I was asked to give them a few weeks becasue they were backed up and I did. Then I never heard anything back from the project manager. I have left countless phone messages, texts, and emails and still have not gotten a response. They also owe me some plants under warranty and I have not received those either, including one that was paid for in 2014 and still not installed. While my back yard looks nice, I am not appreciative that they did not complete all aspects of the job and find this unacceptable. 
We also used them for full lawn care  services and I terminated my relationship with them effective 10/31/15. They did an ok job and twice mutilated my front yard- huge ruts and gouges. I was told once was due to a flat tire and the other was due to a dull mowing blade. I had workers on two occasions dump debris in my yard- once being a total clean up of actual garbage like ripped shirts, fast food, signs, etc?this was in a gated community in the front of my home in a natural area!! We also had two weeks of mowing missed (one due to weather) and I asked to be credited back for the two missed mows and was told they do not do that. I am not keen on paying for services that were not performed and that was the last straw for me.

The service is similar to that provided by previous landscaping contractors that I've used. However, Scott's lawn includes summaries of lawn conditions and tips on how to keep grass healthy.

It was real bad experience. I would not recommend them.

Great service. I've used them since 2011.

The actual yard service is good however the company increased my treatment fee without any previous notification. They just performed the service and I noticed it was $17 more. I called the company and complained and they lowered the amount but would not stay at the original agreed upon amount.
I also called twice and tried to get an estimate on another property. The first time I left a message on a voice mail and the second time a direct message was supposed to have been transferred to the manager. I never received a call back so it appears they don't need any additional business.

As with most services, they have me on a schedule. when they do arrive, they are prompt and efficient. I have a one-half acre lot and have been regularly solicited by other services, however the pricing I have in place with Unlimited always seems much better.

• From a results standpoint, my lawn is outstanding. They provide excellent advice after each service, including when they notice I need a special treatment for dollar spot disease or they notice we are watering too much or too little. I believe I have only had to call them back once due to an issue with weeds they had not handled on the first visit.

On a more positive note, the two homes on either side of me were foreclosures. As you know, the banks do a poor job of maintenance and the lawns became very weedy. I have noticed that our technician spends more time on the borders of our yard when putting down weed killer and we have not seen any issues despite the neighboring properties being full of weeds.
I just did a review on a pest control service noting how frustrating they were that I have to chase them all the time and the burden is on me. With Unlimited the bottom line is the price is great, the results are excellent, and they advise me on what needs done. All I do is write the check!
I highly recommend them if you are looking for lawn fertilization and weed control.

We deal with them about 8 times a year. They are fine.

I’m looking forward to having them this spring as well. They do the common area in my subdivision and that always looks great. The price listed is per application.

The price seemed competitive and I thought they did a good job. They did what they said they were going to do and we have not had any problems. I was very pleased with the work they did and I will be using the company again in the future.
