My experience with Alex at Trimelogic was unacceptable and posed severe risks to the integrity and safety of my home. No work of value was completed. Instead, he demolished an entire master bathroom, cut through a critical load-bearing support beam, and breached the building envelope to the extent that daylight was visible from inside the home. Such actions are blatant violations of fundamental building codes governing structural strength and weatherproofing, and they placed my home and its occupants in danger. By weakening a structural support beam, Alex compromised the stability of the house, creating conditions unsafe for occupancy. The damage to the building envelope further exposed the property to water leaks, hidden mold growth, and energy loss?issues that will require costly professional repair. Yet throughout this process, Alex demanded further payments and failed to deliver a single completed task. Ther have been other complaints against Trimelogic, he denies.

More than janitorial work! Alex & Trimelogic are fantastic to work with. His quote was comparable to another company, however the fixtures & finishes he included exceeded the other company. Simply, I got a better project for a very fair price in the end. As the work continued, I discussed expanding the scope of work with Alex. He easily amended our contract, and a smaller project evolved into a much larger and better renovation of our basement apartment. We can now easily double our rent for the unit, recovering our investment in less than one year. The quality of work is superior, communication was easy & prompt, and final project closeout was smooth & simple. I eagerly recommend anyone to contact Alex with Trimelogic for your project. I am already talking with him about additional work for me.

Alex worked to correct anything that wasn't done properly to make sure results were up to my satisfaction.

We missed on some phone calls but he showed up and on time.Heâ s very nice. Heâ s very clean.Basic quote was $ 200 per toilet and he held to that quote ($200 per toilet/$400 total). He had to leave to catch a job already scheduled and he returned later that evening to complete the work. I learned he is an engineer and he does plumbing because he likes it .
