Imagine our surprise when a racoon greeted us inside our house during the day! Even though it ran away that time, we knew we had to do something.? Spoke to Jason from Trademark briefly when we saw his truck at a neighbor's house.? He quoted a price and told us he'd probably catch a racoon in a day or two, but would continue to leave the traps out after that because there were likely other racoons coming to our yard. After checking the reviews on Angie's list, we made the arrangements over the phone. He caught first racoon on the second night, and has caught 2 more since then.? He uses humane traps, so that if other animals get trapped, they aren't harmed.? He also uses a bait that attracts racoons without attracting other animals (such as our pet cats).? Very easy to deal with, very professional, and obviously an expert at his trade.? Would definitely recommend this company.

They guy was very nice. They came right away when I called. Everything went fine. They gave me a 30 day warranty on the treatment.

Trademark were very responsive for a real estate inspection during the inspection period provided in our purchase contract. Bobby was the home inspector. He was a few minutes late for an 9:00am meet BUT did call to advise.  Very personable and performed a through interior and exterior inspection of the property.  The report was very detailed and pointed out a few deficiencies that made it easy for the seller to address the items. The inspection results were provided the next morning. The mold test was within 48 hours and the Radon Report was received shortly after the equipment was removed from the house. 
It was evident that there had been a mouse in the cupboards. Trademark identified the point of entry, sealed and set traps for any rodents inside. This cost was paid by the seller. My inspection costs for full home inspection, mold test and radon test was very reasonable and the person who did the scheduling was very accommodating.

They only charge you on the quarterly visit. If there are any needs for them to come back in between visits, there is no charge. I had a huge ant problem after we remodeleed our house. They came back several times until it was fixed. They were just excellent .

I like them. I didn't have to pay anything. Their pricing is very reasonable for termite service and they offer free luggers, which is why the service was free. Their overall pest control works. I would recommend them.

They were excellent and I would use them again.

They are very personable and responsive to my emails.  They were very helpful when I was closing my house and transferring a termite bond with them.
