dealt with sam aldridge and couldnt have been more pleased.the roof looks fantastic and the workmanship was second to none.the crew worked hard and did a high quality job.sam was there for any questions and made sure it met my expectations.as i said this company does great work and im very happy with my new roof.A++++++++++++++++++

Our house was a victim of the great hailstorm of 2017. We filed a claim and called Trademark Contractors. Sam Aldridge came out and handled everything. It was very obvious they are a company that operates with the highest levels of integrity and that is what means the most to me. (One of his first questions was "are you prepared to pay the deductible" whereas others were like [looking around shiftily]"we can just put a sign in your hard ... wink wink"]). Sam was always on time for appointments and always responded within a couple of hours to calls or texts. He is extremely knowledgeable of the process and kept us well-informed at all stages. Crews were excellent. We have a large house (4600+ sqft) but the roof was done in a day and a half. Our original insurance estimate missed a number of vital things and Sam handled "proving" to the insurance company what we needed. (For example, the gutters were quoted using standard guttering but we have Leafgard gutters. The original quote proposed re-using the glass on the skylights...crazy right? and he handled getting a letter explaining that the seals required full replacement.) Because of the storm, Trademark (and a lot of other vendors) were incredibly busy (our neighborhood was a "showroom for roofing companies") but we were taken care of very well. Sam Aldridge is one of the most cooperative and dependable people with whom we have had the privilege to work. He wsa very cordial when he came to our house to give and estimate to replace our roof, and even came back at the same time as the insurance adjuster to make sure that they were going to be on the "same page." Each time we called / emailed / texted him about even the smallest question we had, he returned our calls, etc. quickly and followed through with answering each question to our satisfaction. The service went very well. The roof replacement took as long as advised by the owner of Trademark. Sam (the owner) was quick to respond to any questions that we had throughout the process, and was very friendly. We had an incident where we had signed agreements to have Trademark replace our roof, then a storm came through and destroyed a portion of our roof. I contacted Sam regarding this and he advised us on what to do with our insurance company. They helped make the process of getting the insurance claim through nearly effortless. Sam continued to answer any questions that I had even after the service was complete. I like that they are not a "one and done" contractor. We had the roof replaced about 6 months ago and so far everything has been great. Great quality, professional attitude, quick turnaround. Thanks!

Mr. Aldridge was very professional and down to earth while talking with us concerning the work we needed completed and answered all questions that we had before the work was started. During the replacement, he would review the work that his workers were doing and anything that did not meet the work order and/or his approval, he had the workers redo and kept us updated on the work being done. The job was completed in a very reasonable time frame and all the debris was removed. We are very pleased with Mr. Aldridge and recommend his company highly. We will definitely use him again if a need arises.

These guys were great! All the guys and the owner were very friendly and courteous. They fixed all the problems, except one that came back. We had a little trouble getting them to come back out, but that was mainly because they wanted to see it while it was actually raining… and then we had very little rain. They came back out today (during the rain), as promised, and seem to have solved the one issue (which was not due to their work but the previous roofer who had neglected to reshingle under our solar hot water panels). In addition, they will be replacing some of the flashing they previously installed, in one spot that looked "iffy," just be sure. How's that for service!
Great company and great guys. We are very happy and would recommend any time!

Site visit was constructive and pointed out additional areas that needed attention. Estimate was professional prepared and explained. Links to all materials being used were provided.
Crew arrived as scheduled and completed work within the estimated time. Excellent clean up after the work completion. Entire work area was cleaned including a magnet for nails. Site was properly blown clean.
Damage occurred to the gutter covers. The damage was repaired with only a discussion of the method to be used.
Contractor was responsive to all emails and telephone call.

Hour home was showing water damage in our kitchen from recent heavy rains and I called Trademark based on Angie's List of reviews to come out and look at our roof and see what he could do and recommend.
THE GOOD: Sam, the representative of Trademark, showed up on time which I was happy about. He appeared to be likable, knowledgeable and professional. He inspected the kitchen's ceiling and looked at the visible damage. He confirmed that the ceiling was damp using a moisture meter. He proceeded to look in our attic and was able to find where water was visibly settling on the insulation and sheet rock. He took some photos and later showed them to me. He then inspected the roof and found a number of areas that he felt might be source of the leak. He also took more photos and pointed them out to me. He then made his recommendations by offering me a temporary fix which was to caulk/seal the troubled areas for $199 which I felt was reasonable. He also recommended a roof replacement based on some damage due to "blistering" and areas that showed signs of wear and poor roof installation from previous work done and the original installation. He showed me more photos to support his recommendation. He also recommended I contact my insurance company to see if any of the water damage would be covered. I did that and the insurance adjuster came out on Saturday and approved my claim.

He said there was a similar house in our neighborhood with the exact layout and square footage as mine. He said he had completed a roof replacement for this home and he would pull the numbers from this job in order to provide me with a quotation. He tried looking up the information on his laptop that he brought with him and couldn't find it. He said he would provide a quote for the replacement and get back to me the following day. The following day came and went without receiving a quote. I called him the next day to asked where the quote was and he told me he got hung up on some work and that would get it to me that Saturday. Today is Tuesday, 10/13/15 and he finally sent me the quote that I was promised several days ago. I'm a little disappointed in his follow-up.

I had to order an eagle view (satellite imagery) that took a couple days to be delivered to me so I could finalize your quote. Due to the 7-9 days straight of rain that caused the immense flooding in Columbia, SC I was backed up in my schedule and playing catch up. I apologize about the delay in getting you the quote. The report released in my quote should be a great assistance for your 'builders file' for your property and can be used to compare with any other quotes that you take. Sam was great; this was our first time with an insurance claim for hail damage. From our first meeting, the process went exactly as explained by Sam. Sam even did the coordination required to get the estimate updated to cover things missed during assessment. The workers worked hard and finished the entire job in 2 days. They did an outstanding job keeping the mess to a minimum and didn't do any damage to the yard or house. They really did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

The contractor was professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the products and services offered. The workers were efficient, courteous, and did excellent quality work. Mr. Aldridge is extremely professional while being down to earth at the same time. Was very punctual, explained everything that was required clearly and the quote provided was excellent and comparable to other quotes received.
Once the afternoon rains subsided for a few days his crew arrived at 7:30 am and worked until 8:45pm in the 100 degree heat. My new roof is beautiful, the clean up was very thorough and I couldn't be more pleased. Completely painless experience! :)

I had scheduled repair of my flat roof because it was leaking.
They came to the house around 4:30pm they were finished about 8:45.
They removed the shingles, repaired part of the frame against the house cleaned up well.
I was quoted a price and they honored the contracted price. I was very pleased as how fast they worked and the quality of the work.

From start to finish, this was so easy we almost were scared. I contacted Sam, who came out the next day, went up on our roof and within 20 minutes had a full quote ready for us that clearly laid out all that was included. We did our due diligence and got two other quotes. They were all in same ballpark price wise but could not compare to the Sam in terms of quality and selection of product and the fact that he was on site for our build from start to finish. He is a perfectionist, something you want in your contractor. The very courteous crew was there at 7am, and were done by 7:30 that evening. They cleaned up, we found a stray nail or two, but that is just going to happen. The roof looks great and we are very pleased. Sam is also a general contractor and we plan to use him for other jobs that we have planned. We were very pleased with our experience and have already recommended him to several neighbors. Highly recommend him and his team!

Upon arrival to my home, I found him to be very courteous, informative and patient with my questions.
After inspecting my roof , he explained to me (with photos) what problems my roof had.
