This provider responded in regards to an insurance claim. From the get go they Kelly Germann was very personable and responsive. At the initial roof consultation, he arrived very prepared and on time. During this consultation, he installed tarps to prevent from further loss until the roof could be replaced. He also assessed the interior damage.
On the day of the roof removal/install, the crew (and Germann Senior) was punctual and efficient. They immediately got everything set up and straight to work. The roof was installed perfectly and looks fabulous! Kelly Germann called throughout the day to check on me and my satisfaction.
As a part of the claim, I also had interior damage that needed to be repaired. The team of painters and sheet rock repairmen arrived on time and were very thorough. They made quick work of repairing and repainting the walls and ceiling in my home. Tommy, Kelly Germann's associate, drove 3 hours to my house just to check in on the work and also to ensure my satisfactionI was completely comfortable with them in my home and have ZERO complaints.
After the interior was complete, Kelly Germann stayed in constant contact with me until the end of my claim. All of his crews were very personable, informative, efficient and thorough. If you can ever say this about an insurance claim, Top Tier Contracting, LLC made this as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
Not only would I recommend this company but am whole heartedly looking forward to the next time I can employ their services.
Then repaired damage on walls inside the house, and painted entire room where damage was on one wall.
Even came back to touch up an area where brush strokes showed on the wall to ensure a finished completed look throughout the room.
