My salesman was very nice and helpful but everyone else I dealt with was less than pleasant. 2 joists I received were split down the middle and unusable. I called and they told me they would replace but didn't come. I called a second time and was place on hold for about 10 minutes. Finally they came back and said they would come the next day. They did come and replace. The lumber was ok but I ordered premium deck boards and I wouldn't consider the product I received as premium.
