After having my wife's 08 Versa diagnosed at another shop for a blower fan motor for the ac, I called Sutherlin to get a quote on service. I spoke to Brooks who gave me a price of around $450. This was half the price of the place that diagnosed the problem and at least 150$ less than most of the other places I called. This all centered around the fact that every place thought that the dashboard had to be removed to do the work. According to the dealership this is not the case for that year model. I had the work done at the dealership and was very quick and at the price quoted. Brooks was great to deal with and kept me in the loop the whole time. I would go back again.

I'm very pleased with their service. I bought my car there and I've had no problem bringing it in to get it serviced. Most of the time they are pretty punctual in doing the service work.

terThey completed the oil change and battery replacement in a few hours as well as running the car through a car wash.
However, what happened when I picked up the car was a different story.
The service adviser greeting me and explained what had been done to the car, and then gave me a list of recommendations, ie other things that they had noticed while looking at my car.
1. replace the air filter - seem they didn't notice it was a Kand N, even though I have the sticker, which means it needs cleaning, not replacing.
2. Belts were worn - makes sense, they are still the original belts and the car is over 4 years old
3. Tires - makes sense, I knew I was due for replacements based on the wear bars
4. Replace Front Control - WARNING....I had already replaced 6 months ago!
Regarding the control arms, I had replaced them in April of this year. This is not something that should need replacing so soon, unless the original parts were defective or I was doing a lot of off road driving (which I don't do at all).
So, I took mycar to another mechanic (ASE certified) and asked them to take a look and explaining that I had been told that I needed to replace the control arms. The second mechanic told me that nothing was wrong with the control arms and they still looked pretty new.
I am very disappointed that I was given incorrect information, especially as I had told the dealer that I had replaced the control arms 6 months ago when they told me they needed replacing.
I will not be going back to Sutherin in the future.

Their service department was great. I usually request Andy, his service is really good.

They are honest with their appraisals and do not try to charge us inappropriate amounts of money. They get the work done quickly. I trust them. I have never had to take my car back after they fixed something. They have always done a good job. I have a new car in which the transmission went out. They put in another one, without question, and at no charge.

I really like the lady who works in the service department and I feel like they are very trustworthy! They will provide a loaner car while yours is being serviced. They wash and vacuum your vehicle while it is there.

My car was not running well so I took it in for a tune-up. They did stick to my appointment time and the car was ready to be picked up when they said it would be. The issue with the dealership is that they keep telling me that nothing is wrong with my vehicle, but it still was not running right. They refused to listen to me or try to find the problem. I feel they offer horrible customer service. Due to this, I will not ever buy another Nissan.

I bought the car from them so they gave us a discount on the service. Especially because they didn t detect the problem before the car was purchased. He cut the cost in half. Overall, they are very nice and trustworthy mechanics.

It is sometimes hard to buy a car when people don't give you the correct information for your future purchase. This dealership was with me during the whole process. I bought my car from them and I am happy with it.
