Service person was timely and cleaned and checked system and changed filter.

Space was limited and the project obviously was complicated by the presence of dry wall and other components of the home. Johnny Stine, the sale guy, was fantastic. He took a lot of time to understand what I wanted and then worked with Jeffrey, a lead installer, to make sure they could do what I wanted. We had a plan. The install team arrived on time but with no Johnny or Jeffrey. I was apprehensive that what we had discussed may not have been communicated correctly to the install team. Boy was I wrong, Jerry Z., Samuel M. and Aley Y. knew exactly what the plan was and explained it to me perfectly. The level of communication between sales/design and the install team was perfect. To make it better, the install went off without a hitch. Dry wall damage (it had to happen to do the install) was a minimum and the system is fantastic. I have found my HVAC company. Could not be happier.

Stuart Pro Heating and Air Replaced my HVAC system recently and they were a pleasure to work with through the entire process. Comfort Consultant Juan Galvan provide the quote and gave me several options on what I could replace my system with and optional items that I may want to consider. Juan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions completely. Jerry and the rest of the install team did a great job installing my new system. They showed up on time and worked quickly to get my new Trane system installed and running. After they were done they cleaned up completely and showed me how to operate the new thermostat. They were very patient with all of my questions about my new Trane HVAC system.

It went very well. The technician (Travis) showed up and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed our problem; we needed two new capacitors and Freon. He answered all of our questions and got things taken care of right away.

I have annual maintenance contact. It gives me two visits a year and discounted emergency visits.

They're great.

They come two times a year. Their under a service contract. We used them for a long time. We've had them since 1998. They also service our freestanding fire place, it's an extra charge, but at least they're good at it.

Samir listened well to our description of what was happening. When I said that the problem always seems to crop up on the hottest days when we need the air con the most, he thought that the problem may have to do with the refrigerant, and pressure building up on hot days (?). He thought the problem could be due to too much refrigerant, or stem from a faulty thermostatic expansion valve, and was calling the manufacturer for debugging. Since they couldn’t get back to him at that time, he recovered some refrigerant at the time, which I guess reduced the pressure, and promised to call back to update us after he spoke with the tech support (which he did). In the end, just recovering some refrigerant seemed to help a lot. On hot days, the temperature can be brought down to the thermostat setting, and there is happiness in the house now. All of this was done at no charge due to the warranty (Trane unit), and the company as a whole, from the scheduler to the serviceman, was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely call upon them again, even if out of warranty, and would recommend them to others.

Service by Stuart Pro Air was great and professional.  Everything within the house was left clean and vacuumed.  The follow up with the unit by the company was extremely helpful in knowing all the features of the new unit.

The basement air conditioner was not blowing cool air. I knew this was the capacitor. I called the company and they sent a technician who arrived very late (around 6pm in the evening instead of 2pm). He fixed the capacitor quickly and was well qualified and friendly. My surprise came when he quoted me the total price. The service charge - I was aware of. But the capacitor - he charged me $140+. I showed him that the capacitor cost $20 on amazon and other places. He said he agrees but that is the rate at which his company sells it. He showed me the rate card. This is extremely aggravating. I would not call these guys anymore.

We had called a place that is one of the biggest places in Georgia and they put us on a list and said that they would call us back in 24-hours. I told them that that would not work and we needed somebody to fix it now. We called Stuart Pro Air and they sent somebody right out. The price was very reasonable. It was a Sunday and we did not really pay any extra because it was a Sunday. We just paid for the service.

Every time we call them, they will send somebody right out. They are very professional. They do a great job. They are some of the most polite people I have ever met and they are reasonably priced.

I was very thorough in the process and obtained about 7 total quotes.  Stuart Pro Air was the second quote I obtained and the salesman was very patient throughout the process as it took a couple of weeks to finally decide and move forward.  I knew they quote they provided was going to be hard to beat, but I believe in doing my due diligence.  This company was the best price although there were a couple others within close proximity, the equipment provided was top notch, and the installation was great.  They salesman emailed me anytime new information was available and has touched base to ask about how it went.  The installers were there all day and were patient and professional.  They took the time to answer any questions I had.  The system, so far, works wonderfully.  The warranty is better than most other companies offer.  Ultimately, the choice was pretty easy and I'm very happy with it.  I would absolutely recommend this company.

Both technician that came out were very professional and courteous. The office staff communicated well as to when the technician would arrive to my home. Overall, a very organized and well ran company.

Stuart Pro Air was very professional. They covered their shoes before entering into the house and left it better than when they came!  Everyone we spoke to at SMS was very professional and well mannered.  We were really happy with their services and want to do what we can to let everyone know how wonderful they are.  This is a company I now recommend to everyone I know!

Great job!!  The experience couldn't have gone any smoother.  From the moment I called this company with the problems we were having, they were extremely helpful and very responsive.  They were at our home the following day at the time they provided me.  The technician was professional and educated me on what was causing the problem.  He fixed it promptly and was very clean and tidy with going in and out of my house.  I have used this company in the past and I've been pleased with them every time.  They have always gone above and beyond with their quality of work.

Stuart was very responsive.  Stephen came out after within an hour of my trouble call.  He initially offered to test and troubleshoot the problem but did something most people do not: he listened!   He was very attentive to my description of the problem and the history of repairs for the unit.  He was quickly able to verify the problem, and he recharged my air conditioner.  He was courteous, professional, and friendly.  I have also had a good experience with their service contract in the past.
