 + -1 moreI set up service through Greenpal on April 1st, for lawn services starting May 7th. Confirmed with email from Greenpal . On May 7th, SAO Group drove up to house, sat for a minute, and then drove away. Didn't do the work, didn't contact us to tell us they weren't going to do the work. Nothing. We have a normal lawn, and well kept. We had to scramble to try to find someone else who could come out before grass was too tall and before schedules were packed. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Mowing, edging, shrub trimming.
