SAMSON SECURITY SVC INC

I have been a customer with Samson Security since May 2013, when my home was built. Initially, the company and owner were very attentive to the needs of their customers. But as the equipment aged and I started having problems with a particular door sensor, I have experienced very poor customer service in getting the repairs done in a timely manner. This last situation started the first part of May, 2014. My sensor was not working properly, therefore preventing me from arming the system. I called the office and left a message asking for a return call to schedule service. I received no response to that call. Called again, was told that someone in scheduling would call me. No one called. Called again, finally someone scheduled an appointment which was for last Monday June 16, in the morning. Around 10:30 am on Monday I received a call to say the crew was delayed wiring new homes, so would I be kind enough to reschedule. My new appointment was scheduled for today, Wednesday June 18, in the morning before noon. Well, it is now after 12:40 and I have just gotten off the phone with Samson, because no one has arrived or called my home to say they are delayed (again). I have been told that their crew is busy wiring homes and they could have someone to my home this afternoon between 1pm and 2pm. I said no and explained to the office person that I was hanging up to go call another security company. She proceeded to tell me how sorry she was, but they are very short handed. They don't have any problem sending me a bill for the monitoring that I can't use, because of the problems with my system.
