I found Ron to be helpful and friendly thru out the year process of finding the right home.  We found Ron and started looking for homes in late March. We looked at many homes and made offers on a few. Ron is a great communicator and found him to be knowledgeable about all the situations we found ourselves in. We found a short sale home that I felt meet all my criteria. Ron assisted me thru the long process and informed me that it would take some time even thought they call it a short sale, there was nothing short about it. In the end, we final closed on the house and Ron worked hard to get me there.
