The contractor stated that it was the worst 'botch-job' he had seen in his 20-years
of work as a home builder. The sub-contractor removed the entire door frame,
removed the dis-repair, and within 3 hours, the door and frame were installed perfectly.
Resolution: Reliable Home Repair/Michael Spaziano was taken to court. Spaziano had
nearly a dozen suits filed against him in the Gwinnett Court system alone. The judge
heard the case, reviewed the photographs of the workmanship, and told Spaziano
that it was one of the worst jobs he had ever seen. The judge awarded full refund
of a money paid, removal and replacement costs of the deck, and filing fees.
Resolution: A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau in 09/12. The
complaint is currently being processed.
