He was professional and responsive. He was just good. He had good pricing.

My upstairs AC unit has went out on Sunday. I had called Ray on Monday morning and they had come to the house around 10am. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He was able to identify the problem, fixed the problem and was helpful enough to explain to me what I needed to do to keep the units running properly. He was very pleasant and seemed to be very fair. I would definitely use his services again.

He was on time. He told me he would be there in less than an hour and he was. He repaired the units quickly and had the parts with him. He even cleaned up a mess that he did not create !!
His prices were fair (better than fair) he was clear about what he was going to do and did it.
He is in my contact list and he will always be the only AC and Heat guy I will ever call.

I thought $80 for his time and service was very reasonable. Very pleasant man. Prompt, courteous. He was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend him to any of my friends.

Everything went very good. I've used him for the past eight years and I haven't used anyone else since I found him. I've always been very satisfied with the work that he's done and he actually installed the heating and air conditioning unit that I have in my home right now. I would definitely recommend him to others.
