Alex did a very thorough inspection and provided a reasonable estimate to repair a hole in our roof that was leaking and staining our ceiling. Dmitriy showed promptly on the scheduled day and did a great job completing the repair. Would recommend them to anyone needing repairs to water damage.

Provision spent considerable time evaluating what it would take to repair years of hidden water damage in our home. They provided a very detailed work plan and schedule. This project required the removal and rebuilding of one of our chimneys, a deck that was attached to the chimney base, the ceiling and walls in a basement bedroom, and the floor joists that support the chimney. The exterior of our house is stucco, so it needed to be carefully matched to avoid unsightly evidence of the repairs done. There was mold in the damaged areas, so Provision sealed off the affected areas and pressurized them to prevent it from spreading. During the initial repair, Provision discovered additional water damage and mold, and provided several options for repair. They also provided several repair options, explaining the pros and cons of each. The work was done in very timely manner and within budget. At every step, the quality of work was excellent. The workers were very skilled, experienced, and professional. Instead of cutting corners, Provision went above and beyond. For example, the project estimate called for one wall and part of the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom to be repaired - drywall removed, mold treatment applied, drywall replaced, and the affected areas painted. Provision not only painted the affected areas, they painted almost the entire room. I would recommend Provision to anyone who needs any kind of repair in their area of specialty, from small jobs to major construction projects like ours.

They performed the job as described and on time. Only problem is the ground wasn't pressed down before seeding. I'll have to wait until late fall & winter when there is usually a lot of water accumulation to see if the drain works as I would like.

Over the years we have utilized many companies to provide home services. Provision Construction is one of the BEST! They listened to our needs, made some suggestions to improve our requests and then did beautiful work. For the quality of workmanship, timely response, reliability and highly professional behavior, this organization cannot be beaten. Multiple Jobs: Repair a Shed, Barn or Playhouse Comment: Our garden shed had termite damage and concrete slab had dropped down from building footings on one end (may have been poured after the building was completed). Provision crew raised the slab without the need to remove shed contents and created a trench with gravel for proper drainage all around the building. Rotted wood and door were replaced. Crew foreman Dmitriy is a miracle worker; we could not be more pleased with results! In a rating of 1 to 10, they receive a 12!

We had water in the basement from recent rain and Provision Construction came up with a plan to grade ground and install sump pumps to ensure it would not happen again. They also restored the basement. They did a great job. They showed up on time, worked incredibly hard and put in long hours to get the job done on time. Would definitely hire them for future projects.

Serge and his crew were consummate professionals. They were very efficient in all their work, communicated effectively, answered all my questions, were not satisfied unless I was. Kept all their working areas clean. I could not be happier with the way my project turned out. I would highly recommend Provision and will not hesitate to use them for my next project. Thanks, Guys!
