Our offer to return to reinspect it, at no charge, was declined by you since you had already decided to back out of the transaction. "Hello Anna. As you know, we have been going back and forth for a bit trying, unsuccessfully, to come up with a resolution for both parties. As we have outlined, our Inspectors are there at a point in time. The leak simply did not exist when our inspector was there and we have no control over when systems fail, as, as you mentioned, your pipes are very old.
