Northwest Exterminating - Buford

Rick did an awesome job! He and this company has provided service for our home for more than 10 years.  On his most recent visit, your technician Rick came and was on time, polite, informative, and very kind. Rick is definitely one of the reasons Northwest-Buford is on top, providing quality customer service. Keep up the great work!  Overall, your company and employees have been a pleasure to interact with. Everyone that has been to my home has been courteous, on time, and informative They (Northwest-Buford) have always come when they say they will, and will come back anytime you need with no extra charge. We are very happy with the service we have received from them, and would highly recommend them to all.

The technician (Rick) came on scheduled day, first brought my garbage can up to the garage for me. We discussed what treatment he was going to apply in order to get rid of the ants and that he was also going to spray for mosquito. He let me know that he will come back next week to check on the ant problem I've been having. Rick is a very knowledgeable caring person who listens and responds professionally and explains next steps. I would recommend them to anybody..

The price is very reasonable.  We have been using them since November 2009.  If I have an issue and it’s not time for our regular service, they come out and take care of it right away.

It was a great experience and we will continue to use them. The price was a little high but the quality of their work more than made up for it. They treated us very well.

They are an excellent company.

We have used them for sixteen or seventeen years. They have recently opened an office at another location. They come out on a quarterly basis. They come out to check the stations and to bait them.

I have been very pleased with their service.  I felt that the price was a bit high, but they were able to honor a previous price I had with them.

I like that they use organic products, which may cost a little more. I like the fresh minty aroma that it leaves and it is safe among kids and pets. I like that I am able to call them anytime when I have a problem and that they will send the same technician who is familiar with my house. She knows her job and gives me good advice. They are very good.

What I like about them is that, as a Real estate Broker, I found them very trustworthy. I believe in them and in what they say. They do a very good job, and they are conscientious too. I pay once a year.

I am totally satisfied with this company. They keep out pests I do not want I my home. They come when they are supposed to. They are a good company so I really have nothing but good thing to say about them.

The last time they came I realized some of the traps hadn't been opened, and I was not very happy with this, so they sent someone else to double check and assure me that they had all been inspected. I am still using them because if I want to switch companies I would have to pay for the whole installation again, but I wouldn't hire them again if I could choose. They are respectful, but their prices are a little high.
