Mike took his time cleaning the apartments and did a great job. The carpet looked great and he was able to remove many spots. I enjoyed talking with him and will hire him again in the future. Good carpet cleaners like Mike are hard to find.

Mike came in and inspected the entire rug, front and back. Did a spot test to see it the color would run with his cleaning process.Was very detailed in explaining the entire process he would use to clean the rug, maintain the shape and eliminate the urine odor that my pup left behind. Mike called to give me an update with the cleaning. The odor was difficult to remove, Mike informed me he required additional time to get the cleaning done to meet his standards. He required only a few more days and I was very pleased with the out come. I have several other oriental rugs that will be getting a well desired cleaning from My Steam Cleaner of Atlanta.

I am new to Angie's list. This was my first scheduled appointment. Mike was prompt in replying to my schedule request. He talked with me and gave me a estimate of the service over the phone and also provided me with days and times that were flexible to me. Mike notified me via phone prior to his arrival and arrived on time. We walked through the areas that we wanted cleaned and then he measured the area's to provide me with an more accurate quote. He provide us with a demo of his carpet protection product. There was no sales pitch, just the demo, and it was convincing enough for us to apply it in all the cleaned areas. After he measured, it provided a detail quote and went through it to make sure we didn't have any questions prior to preforming any cleaning. We opted for the protection, so the final quote was more than the initial estimate, but we choose to add that option. If we had not added the protection, the estimate would have matched the initial quote exactly. Once we approved, he cleaned and applied the protection to all the quoted area's. Mike was pleasant and personable. We were very happy with the service that we received and will be using the My Steam Cleaner of Atlanta for our carpet cleaning needs moving forward.

We had old carpet that had some bad stains left by the prior owner. He did an incredible job and left it looking much better. I will be calling Mike the next time I need carpets cleaned.

as to moving things off the carpet, and he moved and replaced what he had promised. Our carpets felt like new after they
had dried, but the drying time was longer that he had said. (Instead of the 3-4 hours he stated, it was more like 24-30
hours.) But the results were worth the extra drying time. I am willing to use his services again, and to recommend him
to others.

The beige berber carpet in my family room was extremely dirty, pretty much trashed beyond hope in my mind but I wanted the room looking nice for an upcoming party. When I set the appointment up, I told Mike about the condition of my carpet and asked him to just make it look decent. He did that and much more, I am amazed and very happy. Mike was prompt, courteous and very professional. I will definitely be calling him again.

We had our hardwood floors refinished and needed to have our 10 year old oriental rug cleaned before we put it back into place. The rug is in good shape, but had not been cleaned with anything other than a regular vacuuming. I called Mike from My Steam Cleaner of Atlanta and he was helpful and friendly. He asked me for some detailed information about the rug and to text him some photos. After I did this, he called me back immediately to provide a quote. We set up a time for him to pick-up the rug, he called to confirm out apt and texted me when he was running a bit late (10 minutes). He picked up the rug, explained what he would be doing and an approximate time it would be ready. He called me on the day it was due to be returned to say he wanted to give it one more pass on the section that was most worn and provided an updated ready date. I texted Mike on the day it was to be returned, he replied quickly saying it was ready and proposing a drop off time. Mike texted to say he was on his way and arrived with the rug during the agreed upon window of time. The rug was a little damp when it arrived, but it dried quickly after rolling it out in place. The rug looks very clean, the worn areas look bright and new again and I am extremely happy with the way it turned out. I will definitely recommend My Steam Cleaner of Atlanta to friends and neighbors and would happily use them again in the future.

The team came in and put down a protector on the carpet to keep the cleaning solution from getting on it, then they put the sofa (love seat) up on a table and started the cleaning process. That was done by hand and with a machine. The cushions were done separately and left to dry on a large piece of plastic. The sofa was put back down on the carpet with plastic under the feet incase they had water on them.
All was left to dry good for about 12-24 hours. It wasn't excessively wet but needed to dry.

The team arrived a bit later than scheduled but they were very professional about it. Called me a few hours before the scheduled appointment to let me know they were having trouble making it on time and we agreed on a new appointment a few hours later. They were polite and careful around the house.
The finished job was great. By the time they were done most of the furniture was already pretty dry and almost ready to be used. Not to mention they got rid of the difficult spots we were worried about the most. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again next time a need this type of service.

I called a couple of companies. My Steam Cleaners was most responsive and explained what they do. I had to cancel the 1st appointment but they did a great job! While I was not sure it would help a lot, my furniture is like new!

Excellent. I was not certain that these pieces were worth cleaning. That is, while they are very high quality ,they have suffered the wear and tear of people and 2 pets. So, I thought I'd see and if it did not work out I would need to replace them. So, I called these folks and thought if it was just OK I would have to look at replacing them. It was not only OK, these folks made these pieces look brand new!! I absolutely could not believe it. In addition, they were courteous, responsive and friendly. You could not ask for a better job done by quality people

They were professional, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they were not able to get all the stains out. My sectional is only 3yrs old, but I had cleaned it professionaly until now. This was my first professional clean job. A few small stains I did not know the source of the stain. I have a dog which didn't help on keeping the couch clean. I do recommend the scotchguard or buy leather. :)

We could have easily re clean those spots as a courtesy at no charge. We cleaned per your words your ( Never -professionally cleaned before 3 year old Microfiber sectional ), the fabric was medium beige in color. We cleaned your sectional using the best equipment and cleaning solutions and spotting treatments on the market at this present time. My son Michael, showed you our cleaning results and pointed out the dark unknown stains that after trying several spot removers , could not completely be removed. (removed member name), please note and understand spot usually comes out, a stain on the other hand is usually permanent , as in your case, sometimes we are very lucky and fortunate and can remove or lighten it up. You gave us a (C) in Price. we told you in advance the price before we began the work, and we even gave you a total discount of $60.00 dollars, $45.00 off the Fabric Protector and reduced the cleaning price by $15.00 dollars for being an Angie's List member. You gave us a (B) in quality - okay I can live with that one ,even though we were not able to remove a PERMANENT stain but remember your three little one's and your dog that uses the sectional as a bed. The work was done by two pleasant young man. They came, worked swiftly for almost four hours and left. My furniture, which was dirtier than I though came out clean and looks great. They got all the dog and cat hair of also. It was a stress free experience.
