Mike did an exceptional job on my dining room chairs. I honestly didn’t think the stains would all be able to removed but they were. He was very professional and prompt. I would definitely highly recommend his services.

Mike provided exemplary customer service and did a fantastic job cleaning and applying protection to my large wool area rug. Mike picked up, cleaned, and delivered my rug back to me, far exceeding my expectations of a rug cleaning contractor. I was apprehensive about sending this rug out for its first cleaning as I had a wool rug many years ago that was absolutely ruined by a rug cleaning specialist the first time I sent it out to be cleaned. Mike walked me through his cleaning and protection processes and answered all my questions before taking my rug. He provided photos of my rug being cleaned, the debris that came from it, and the protection application process. The end result is a rug as spotless as it was the day I bought it and now it is protected from future assaults.

Mike arrived right on time. He handled the furniture that was difficult to move by raising it on plastic spacers after cleaning underneath. Several stains on the carpet were removed fully. Great job!

Mike did a fantastic job cleaning and deodorizing my carpet and my couch, loveseat, and chair. It was so clean, and smelled so fresh! No more pet odors in my house! Mike is extremely professional, timely, and very thorough. Definitely recommend over any chain company, for sure. His attention to detail and making sure the job was done the right was exceptional. I was extremely impressed with Mike's professionalism and attention to detail. He asked me to describe the stain and to send a picture of the stain to him. Mike researched the best method to remove the stain and spoke to his supplier of stain removers as well. Mike spent a lot of time treating the stain with different products and even cleaned the entire room as well! The carpet looks great and the price was very reasonable.
