I hired Mi Casa to paint a 1-br condo and did an absolutely flawless job! Carlos was very communicative throughout the planning process and very flexible as I explored my options. He was very understanding and accommodating throughout the entire job and finished the work under the estimated time he had previously given. I think the owner did our job because his crew(s) were on other job(s). The quality was not good. Paint on our refrigerator, only part it the mantle and trim painted.

Mi Casa hired an outside floor service, which had no idea how to do floors. Now my 2 bathrooms look bad. The tiles aren't even and in places it's unlevel. I'm very upset.

Every morning , Carlos called to let us know they were on the way, all work performed in professional manner, completed on time at price per quote I will be using him on future projects. Came to give an estimate. When they found that I had the light on site. They quoted me an excellent price and installed the fixture . I would recommend Carlos to anyone needing home repairs.

I hired this guy for dry wall install. He said he will come and finish in a day or two and did not came on day he promised but came later day. Came for 2 days finished only half work, he said he will come in morning and came at 2:30 PM 2 days. He did not complete work and said will come on Monday to finish, I took off to work and waiting for him in afternoon says he cannot come and said will come next day morning. I waited for long but he did not came and was not lifting calls. When I texted you are wasting my lot of time he said he will not come. He took most of money and kept task half done and not coming to finish work.

He didn't manage the project, didn't follow through with what he said he was to do, quality is poor. Rushed the job.

They painted my living room kitchen, hallway and a bedroom. A week before they came with agreed on one price but the day of the service he attempted to raise the price by $400. When they were done the paint job looked OK but they left paint all over my bushes outside paint in the backyard while they were cleaning up that paint brushes and tools
