After 7 years and thousands of dollars spent working with another automation company (that was never able to maintain systems they installed) I searched and located Jan at LvcSystems. Jan immediately took up the challenge of reformatting, repairing and replacing systems installed by the â otherâ company and finally my automation is working as expected. Jan committed a price below the other company, made time commitments that he met, communicated his actions and plans well, and has greatly improved the technology installed at my home. Jan also helped with an ancient tube system that I have had for over 40 years that he now has working to my great satisfaction. I would recommend Jan without reservation and believe him to be fair and professional in any work and/or technology he represented.

John did a great job! He mounted a TV and sound bar on our living room wall. He did quality work at a great price and provided great customer service. My wife and I will definitely use him again in the future and refer friends and family.

The work was done in less than a day, and my wife and I are so pleased. For me, I'm no IT guy so I was helped every step of the way. I was told exactly what I needed and the cost, no funny things like I need this or that. I would use LVC again for any electronic needs. The nice thing about all of this LVC purchased all the material needed at what I would say was a better price than I would pay, and no hassle of guessing what products were the best for my job.

I started using John a few years ago when I had an issue with my audio system. It was a minor job for him, but he took the time to ask me a lot of questions about how I used my system and how I wanted it to work. I've used LVC a handful of times since then, mainly for equipment upgrades. I have complete trust in John's recommendations because we always discuss my priorities beforehand. As other reviewers here have noted he is punctual, highly professional and very reasonably priced. My wife and I have wholeheartedly recommended him to many of our neighbors because he's been such a pleasure to work with.

Jan is a true professional in his field. His firm did not perform my initial installation, but he has been the courteous, prompt and reliable professional over the years that the original contractor was not. More than once, he's talked me through a diagnosis/fix on the phone at no cost.

We've used John for several projects because he's great at what he does, he's easy to work with, and he's dedicated to getting the job done no matter how long it takes. He installed a 4k projector in our movie room and he did such a great job, a year later, we asked him to install a new receiver in the theater room. We also asked him to help us with our wireless network, and now we have strong wifi throughout the house, from the 2nd floor all the way to the basement. I highly recommend him for your all your home technology needs!

We installed an expensive home theater system from a company in Buckhead. The owner was unable to troubleshoot problems that we were having. I remember him calling Jan to ask for assistance, and Jan was able to get it fixed quickly. Since then, we've called Jan for all our audio\video issues. He has been very responsive and knows the technology. Would highly recommend him.

I'm ecstatic with the entire process. The fact that I had three companies contact me within two hours of my message to home advisor, is monumental! I honestly thought it would take weeks to find someone qualified to do the work and then to get them to come over, evaluate the job and get pricing back to me. It was quite the opposite! And I am thrilled. I cannot say enough about John and his company. He went over and above my expectations, and I think that had he known the complexities of the work, he would've quoted me much more than he did, however he honored his quote, stayed in the work, and did not charge me one dime more then quoted. I will use him for everything I do from this point on. I will also recommend him to all that ask me for an A/V guy. I think that your company should go out of your way to push as much work as you can to LVC Systems if you expect to always have set a satisfied customer. Although the other two companies responded efficiently, their quality of service trailed off dramatically from that point. Also be assured that I will contact home advisor every time that I need anything in the future. Jan is a great guy, he has very good experience in setting up all the AV equipment.

This was a very small job, just cleaning up some wires behind my entertainment center in the family room and getting the sound to come out of the right speakers. Maybe two hours. But Jan (John) treated me like I was installing a million dollar system. Courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, fair. My highest recommendation.

I hired John to come fix some wiring in my home theatre, he spent some time reviewing the issue, only to decide that no action was needed. He said there was no charge since he was just there for a few minutes. Wow! Highly recommended, and will use again for sure!
