He was supposed to be finishing work, so the plan was to send a guy to my house at 10 am. However, by 1 o'clock this guy had not showed up, so I assumed that he would not come and I left the house. The guy came in at two or three o'clock when I was not home. He rang the door bell which startled my mom. She got up and tripped hurting both her ankles. It is April and she is just recovering now. He caused me a lot of problems because he was not prompt. He used some of the cheapest Home Depot materials to build the fence and charged me as much as the professional fence company. I had to go back and get better materials because what he used had started to buckle. His lack of professionalism has caused me a lot of trouble in the last months. He cut down several trees which was a good thing, but he should have been punctual. The paver patio is also not leveled. I have had to spend a lot on my mother's medical bills. I am never calling him back.
