The owners are very responsive and sent a very professional and thorough technician to evaluate our system. He took his time to give us the review we desired. He walked us through what he was doing while in process and wrapped it all up at the end. They just became our service provider from here on out.

During the A/C tune up performed by Indoor Comfort Solutions, the drainage pipe was knocked off of the outside system which caused water to leak back into my home into the guest room wall for about 5 days. Needless to say there was about $2000 in damage done to the walls and floor of my guest bedroom. I called Indoor Comfort Solutions back after making the discovery. The owner came back out to my house and fixed the A/C drainage pipe. After showing him the damage done to the walls and floor in the guest bedroom, he only offered to buy me some paint to cover up the extensive water damage. This wasn’t going to fly. I had to call my homeowners insurance to fix the damage, which included water mitigation services, replacing 2 walls, and carpet. After a $1000 deductible was paid out of my pocket to fix the damage, I’m regretting my decision to get an A/C tune up by this company.

I thought it was one problem and it ended up being another problem. I am a handy guy; I could have repaired it myself if I knew what was wrong. Bill was more than fair. Service was excellent. One day my AC will be too old to repair; and I will have these guys replace the unit.

The regular servicing was fine. For some reason could NEVER get them to come install a complete new system.

We had a very good experience with them. There was no charge as it was under warranty.  I would grade them overall A+.  They do great work.  We have had no problems.  They are very professional. They sent two people out to complete the work and it took only a couple of hours.

A few days ago my furnace which heats the downstairs of my house stopped working and the temperatures in Atlanta were dropping into the 30s. I tried calling a couple of other companies and did not get a call back. I looked online at Angie's List and Yelp and saw the reviews for Indoor Comfort Solutions. They were good, so I figured I would give them a shot. I called Bill one morning, and he had Paul come out to take a look at the furnace. I could tell Paul loves his job! He was giving me the details of the diagnostics he was running as he was doing them. Was it the heating element? Electric issue? Control Board? He tested *everything* and determined it was the heating coil, and he noticed another issue with a cracked "casing" (I forgot the technical term for the "casing"). Paul gave me several options, including just replacing the control board and/or the "casing". Because of how reasonable the price was for a new furnace and its warranty, I decided to get a new furnace. He and Bill installed my new furnace the next morning, and now my house is comfortable again and my wife is happy! They were very courteous and took into consideration my situation with the forecast of the next few days getting colder, into the 20s. To summarize, they were friendly, communicated well with me, were thorough and informative, and were reasonably priced. I own some rental properties, so if I need any more HVAC work done in my primary residence or in my rental properties, I will be sure to use them again.

It was fine. Everything was done the work was done. He did clean. I think the only thing was that normally when they come, they give one filter for free. There was no filter free in this offer.

They are good. I would recommend them to anybody I know and I like.

Contractor found and fixed the problem pretty quickly

The Indoor Comfort Crew arrived right on scheduled and removed the old system and installed a new system accordance to code. The installation went extremely well with no problems. I was extremely happy with the installation process. Bill Doe and Paul Duncan took time to explain how best operate the new system and how program the new thermostat. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the service I received from Indoor Solutions.
