Everything they did before, kept the critters (squirrels and mice) out. Came out promptly. Surveyed everything and told me what they would do and I took them up on it.

Excellently. Arrived for appointment when scheduled. Made a plan. Came back next day and made repairs. Set traps and monitored for about a week. Problem seem solved.

Tried to sell me on some gimmick that I knew I did not need, probably because I was a new home owner at the time. Have not used since.

They were very good in the backyard where my dogs would be. They didn't put the granular poison down there. They used dust instead under the shingles where the dogs couldn't get to. I haven't seen any spiders since!

Now they come quarterly and spray outside (inside if we need). They have only come twice but so far so good. Very polite staff and very thorough.

They are THE best when it comes to customer satisfaction! they call before they come so I can be sure my dog's door is shut so he can not get to his kennel outside! They came right away when I had an unwelcome house guest! I am so thankful and grateful for all they do to keep the creepy crawlies away!

YOU WANT HAYNES EXTERMINATING, INC.!! You really do! I chose this company out of hundreds of pest control companies that are in the Atlanta area. I live in an apartment that's surrounded by trees/bushes/all kinds of foliage. Yesterday, it just started to get a little warmer, and ants are already crawling up and down the door jamb molding at the front door. I looked at many companies' web sites. When I looked at Haynes's website, I knew immediately that this is "the one". I called there this morning, and asked if the owner could come to where I live to assess the problems, and give me a price. Bill Haynes came to my apartment---just a few hours later. I am SO impressed with this man. His website reflects his values and his ethics very well. He took A LOT of time to answer every question I had. He looked at every part of this apartment---inside and out---and very patiently explained everything I wanted to know. This guy is honest, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable about pesticides, the environment, the proper procedure when there's a house pet. His price is quite reasonable, and I'm so glad I chose him. His honesty jumped right out of his website. It clearly states that he won't do any work that doesn't have to be done. He's very proud of his employees, too. That matters to me. Customer satisfaction is Haynes's #1 priority. The work will be done this coming week, and there's not a doubt in my mind regarding the quality of the work that will be done. The price he gave me was for service every three months. I've never been happy hiring a pest control company----but I really am now!! Am I Bill Haynes's aunt? OF COURSE NOT! I'm a person who doesn't wants ants and millipedes that come into this apartment!!

He was punctual, provided a treatment, and did as he promised.

They are informative and we find them satisfactory. We pay four times $85 because they bill us every quarter, and for termite control we pay $218 a year.

I am very pleased with our termite company. I am not sure if they do other kinds of pest control or not but as far as termite control goes, they are great. I give them all good grades for their services.
