"We always guarantee the quality of our cleaning services and make sure all of our customers are satisfied. The day after cleaning your house, we sent you an email to ask if the service met your expectations, to which you replied that it was fine and asked what products we had used. We responded with a list of the cleaning products that we had used and asked if you had a particular concern about any of the products used. Unfortunately, we never heard back from you. Since we never received your payment, we sent you 7 emails to follow up if you had any problems finding us on any of the platforms that we use to receive payment. We also sent you several requests for payment through the Cash app. After two weeks, we followed up with you once again via phone to find out how we could help you make the payment, but the number that you provided was your work phone number, so we left you a voice message to return our call. We immediately received a notification that you had left us a bad review on Angie's List and another on our HouseCall pro platform. We are always available via phone and email to address any questions you may have related to the cleaning. Unfortunately, you refused to maintain good communication with us particularly about sending payment. Since it appears this is the only way that we can communicate with you, you can find us at the Cash App at @FAMCleaningServices ."
