I've had some less-than-great experiences with home repairs in the past so I did my homework this time. I verified on the GA Secretary of State website that Eric does have a current license as a Master Plumber - Non Restricted. I scheduled to have Eric come out to fix a toilet that was not properly secured to the floor by another contractor and was leaking as a result. When we agreed on the appointment earlier this week, Eric said he would call me 30 minutes before arrival and he also gave me an estimate of the cost of the work based on my description of the problem. He did exactly as he said and arrived on time. He explained what was wrong with the way the toilet had been installed and why it was leaking. He described what he would need to do in order to fix the problem. He then fixed the problem quickly and was very professional. The charge was exactly what he had quoted me (no surprises!). I would definitely recommend Eric for any plumbing needs you may have.
